The staff were fantastic. Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much. I spoke to the manager Ms Trang she gave me some great advice what to see in the area and places to eat. I will definitely be back. Thank you again a satisfied customer

The hotel was new and therefore very clean although it smelt of plaster. Rooms and bathroom were a good size. Breakfast was ok. The hotel isn't finished, so we couldn't use the rooftop pool or bar. There are only 6 sunbeds anyway and the area is very small. Men were working when we went up there. However the beach is only across the road. In our room- electricity sockets weren't attached properly so we had wires hanging out of the wall. The phone didn't work. And neither did wifi. We had to spend most of our time in the lobby as we were trying to book hotels and flights for the next part of our trip. The safe wasn't attached to the wardrobe, so could easily have been removed and stolen! On checkout the taxi we had arranged didn't arrive so we we were sent another. He didn't want to take us to the airport, so stopped and gave us over to one of his friends. We were locked in the car until we paid a fee we didn't agree to. Not entirely the hotel's fault, but the car we booked at the price we agreed should have arrived on time. Overall the hotel will probably be nice once it's finished. Staff were mostly helpful.

Unexpectedly clean and friendliness of the staffs. Breakfast was good too, they have a 'special today' menu for breakfast. Hotel location is ideal. Beach is just right at across the main road. Walking distance to the restaurants nearby. Night Market is just 5 minutes drive away. I would recommend this hotel.

I had seen a video about the hotel and it looked good so I made a reservation online. It's a bit off the main street and into an alley, but the location is good. The room was also larger than expected. Requested additional pillows but was refused. That's the hotel policy. The sound of the air conditioner in the room I was assigned was a bit annoying. After checking out the next day, I left my luggage and went to see the city, but they didn't give me a tag. Just place it around your desk. They don't seem to take security and loss seriously. For the same price, you can find a much friendlier and better hotel in Nha Trang, but this is a hotel I would not revisit.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a nice room in the 17th floor. Our room was clean, quiet and with a big bed and spacey bathroom. The hotel is located in the southern area of Nha Trang, where it's calmer than in the center. It's 50 meter away from the main road. The breakfast was good, but it smelled a bit in the room and also music was very loud in there. Staff at the reception couldn't always help but booked a good bus transportation to Da Lat for us.

We've been travelling for 3 months now, so this was our luxury treat for a couple of days. It was our best choice out of all the hotels! The workers are sooo nice, mainly the receptionist! Great swimming pool, great rooms... There's nothing that we didn't like. Hope to see them again, may be in the future!

I never actually wrote a review on anything but this hotel deserves great review.
1. The staffs were really helpful with everything. They recommended you some really good places to travel within Nha Trang.
2. The location is right next to a beach. We did get up around 6 AM to walk to the beach and enjoy sunrise. Its only a few minute walk to the beach.
2. The view of the pool to the ocean is amazing. We also enjoy a really nice view of the beach through our balcony as well.
3. What really amazes me and my mom is the breakfast - aka buffet. They have variety of Vietnamese and American food. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, you would never miss their breakfast. My mom and I got so much food, tried almost everything. And we couldn't really criticize anything about the food here. Its simply great.
4. They also let you check in early (around 12) or check out late (1 ish) if its possible which makes it even more convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travel to Nha Trang.

Service is extremely courteous and English skills are fabulous (I assume Russian is spoken very well too). The rooms are new or freshly renovated and offer the usual creature comforts.
When I arrived, the Wifi on my floor wasn't working, but 5 minutes after I told reception, there was a work crew fixing the problem.
Simply a delight! I'm sure prices will go up eventually, but for what I paid in February 2016, I got a SUPER deal.

I am not sure if it's the hotel policy but the front desk staff asked me and my friends (4 of us) to leave our passports with them when we checked-in. Which is kinda weird. We said we can't do that and the staff asked to pay deposit only in cash. Credit card is not accepted. Double weird. Room was okay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.

Балконы открытые, со всех сторон. Я выносил на балкон пару раз стул (точнее пуфик какой то), чтобы покурить... Никто замечаний не делал. Да, думаю, и не смотрит за этим никто
Доброго времени суток! Как я писал в своем отзыве, внешняя изоляция отеля выше всяких похвал, пока не откроешь балконную дверь, шума не слышно. Хуже внутренняя изоляция, если в соседях шумная компания, то не очень приятно..... Стойка должна закончится, но вьетнамцы народ активный, возможно рядом начнется новая )))
отель пользуется спросом,номера на высоких этажах дорогие,не хотите переплачивать-берите бюджетные с 1-5.Номера хорошие,мебель новая, только они поменьше.
