Villas a really nice and the entire place is very nice peaceful. Tram service and boat service is good to move around and you need it as the place is really big but the frequency is really good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Water park is very appropriate for the people who want to have fun without too much dare and exertion. Only issue was the villas were not getting cleaned regularly. We had to keep calling house keeping to clean the villas and in that case also they would not do very good job at it. There is only pizza and pasta for vegetarians and that too we can just call in room service. It had many restaurants on the site but hardly any vegetarian food served. Lot of the staff did not understand English and it used to take a long time for us to explain any specific request to them. Although the manager at Nha Trang Bay restaurant was very helpful and flexible. She made sure everyday we get good vegetarian breakfast. She would always ask the previous day what we would want to eat for breakfast next day. It would have been excellent experience if more vegetarian food can be served and housekeeping is take care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort and Spa Nha Trang. The rooms are lovely and tastefully decorated, the beach views are amazing (and worth paying a bit extra for) and our kids loved Vinpearl Land. Heaps to do but also an easy place to relax. We had buffet breakfast included but preferred not to do buffet for every meal. There weren't a huge number of options so we ended up eating at Lagoon restaurant onsite or ordering room service a lot. We also went to Lotus Restaurant at Vinpearl Resort which was a nice change of scenery. I was told at Vinpearl Luxury you could also dine a la carte at the restaurant "Huong Viet". A special mention to Huyen who went the extra mile to deliver wonderful hospitality to our family. Thank you Huyen and Vinpearl!

Beach-side villas are sumptuous, albeit a bit dated. Our hot water system was malfunctioning, giving boiling water/steam out of the hot taps. There is no map of the resort or island, or even a list of activities available. There are free shuttle buses, however, there’s not much point if you don’t know where to go. Bicycle hire was expensive and the bikes, although relatively new, were not properly maintained. Restaurants at the resort or elsewhere on the island are priced similarly to Australia. Despite the beach-side villas having a full kitchen there is no convenience store on the island to allow for self-catering or snacks. It is cheaper and there is more variety to take the free speed boats to visit the mainland (Nha Trang) for meals.

We stayed at the Nha Trang Resort and Spa. We had a 4bdroom villa and the villa was extremely comfortable. However, there were a few things. The kitchen did not have basic essentials. Water at the hotel is ridiculous. Given the high price tag of this place, the water should be fully included as a clean water dispenser oin the villa. Instead, they gave us one 500ml water bottle per person, per day! I begged them for more because it wasn't enough, so they upped it to 750ml per person per day (wouldn't even double the water). To boot, the food was definitely way below grade. The buffet wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The restaurants at the hotel were massively sub-par for a 5-star resort (about 2-3 star quality and I'm not exaggerating). Forget eating anything healthy at Vinwonders too. Everywhere you go it costs to drink water. It is sort of a scam in VN to have to buy water everywhere you go, and it's not cheap. Lastly, the place isn't really setup for small children (Vinwoders, the hotel, the clubs, the bowling). We had really disappointed kids because they weren't allowed on rides and most places. I actually called up the management of Vinwonders and met with them so that we could at least have our little kids, who are fully capable of going down the slides at the waterpark, be allowed to do so. They acquiesced and gave us a personal lifeguard escort to take us around the waterpark so our children could enjoy the $5,000+ stay we paid for :)
All in all, I wouldn't return because the price was too high and the value wasn't there. Ultimately we had a decent time, but I did expect more being an American.

The hotel is magnificent ! infrastructure , service , food - all wonderful. The hotel is located on the island ,delivery is by cable car ,one 3, 5 km above the sea. Arrangements for delivery of guests and luggage are very organized and smooth . The hotel is located on the first line of the beach at a distance of 100 m. The rooms are very spacious and well-maintained for comfortable accommodation. Separately, you should note the beautiful restaurants with a very luxurious buffet . The resort is stunning & very affordable for Australians/Westerners we stayed here for 5 nights in a mountain view room & still a very nice view (my hubby was here on business) and there is enough English spoken by the staff to understand everything. Check in is actually on the mainland & face recognition is used from then on a really simple system in place. The speed boat/shuttle tuk tuk to the hotel is very efficient and takes about 45mins to get to the resort. The room is exceptionally clean & large, the bed also huge & comfortable, the aircon excellent & 24 hr room service. The buffet breakfast has dozens of options (hence I didn't lose any weight 😀) if you sat there long enough you can move onto salads for an early lunch! The fridge (very small) in our room wasn't working & was replaced immediately but was still only cool defineatly not cold. A few things to note are: 1/ There was no milk supplied in the room (I do enjoy a morning cuppa tea) I took a small glass from the buffet but was promptly informed "no take away" Only option was to order a glass of milk from room service. 2/ There are no convenient stores at all to buy anything; if I was travelling with children I would find this difficult as always nice to have a few snacks/drinks available....you are completely dependant on and will have to pay for hotel food. 3/ I was informed at check in there is a charge (can't remember how much) to take your own food/drink onto the island, but bags were not searched or put throught security; you can make your own decision about this. All in all I have no complaints & would defineatly stay again.

Normally, on the booking app, the room with Vinpearl Land ticket for two nights, that counts as two tickets for you. It also includes cable car ride, but at this time, cable car schedule has been changed. I was picked up by speedboat.
