This would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have enjoyed. Our group of four adults stayed for five days and were impressed throughout our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms and views are great, and the food is delicious. The Executive Lounge was a real treat, well-delivered by a fantastic team who were so welcoming! We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. If you are looking to stay in Nha Trang, do not hesitate booking this hotel.
We chose this property because of its location in town and that it was directly across the street from the beach. We booked a Junior Suite which gives you access to the Club Lounge.
All the staff at this property go above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. This started with the bellmen at the front door, checkin staff and then all the other staff from maids, cleaners, restaurant staff, etc. Management at this property is constantly interacting with guests making sure your stay is comfortable and seeking suggestions. We interacted with the General Manager a couple of times where he gave suggestions for things to do in Nha Trang and solicited feedback on his property. He mentioned that unlike other hotels, he empowers his staff to make decisions in order to enhance the client experience which was very evident during our four night stay.
The property itself is excellent, beautifully appointed and has all the amenities you would expect from the Intercontinental brand. It is located what is probably the best stretch of beach in Nha Trang and has a great outdoor area around the pool. The ONLY negative is the pool water temperature. Since the pool is primarily shaded, the water is extremely cold. The General Manager did indicate they are in the process of installing a water heating system which should be completed by summer.
I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again when in Nha Trang.

The hotel is definitely a 5 star, but it doesn’t feel quite as catered to beach tourists compared to other similar hotels like Sheraton (where I stayed last time). It felt catered more towards business.
Pros: comfortable and spacious rooms, modern and clean design, good quality breakfast buffet, gorgeous pool (but only a few umbrellas), drinking water refill stations on each floor
Cons: The most disappointing feature was the beach area. All of the other hotels (and the apartment block that shares the same building as Intercontinental) had private beach areas set up from early morning, but Intercontinental only sets up for 2.5 hours, from 3:30-6:00 PM. And there are no umbrellas. You only have a short window of time to use the service, and the seats fill up fast. It was really disappointing that we pay for a 5-star beach experience, but can only enjoy for a short time when the beach is busiest.
When arriving at night, it’s so difficult to find the main entrance to the lobby, especially if you don’t have a local taxi taking you. The entrance is not lit, so it’s easy to drive past and get lost around the back of the building. I am not sure if this was due to energy saving due to COVID, but it was definitely a disappointing first impression driving into a dark driveway.
The attitude of most of the staff all around is polite, but not friendly or welcoming. The exception was the female manager in the breakfast buffet, she went out of her way to check on our meal and ask for feedback.
I cannot be certain if a lot of the issues are due to Covid, but I would definitely suggest a different hotel if you want the beach resort vibe.

There’s so many reasons why we keep coming back to the Intercontinental Nha Trang.
First, The staff are simply amazing from the front desk upon check-in to the Club Lounge staff and the Management. They go out of there way to make sure you feel welcome.
We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful hotel set directly across the street from Nha Trang beach with amazing balcony ocean views. The rooms are simply amazing. We’ve stayed in three separate styles and they’re all super clean, spacious and comfortable beds and furniture.
Breakfast was delicious with so many selections. They also had an all you can eat lobster 🦞 Buffett which was so worth it.
We love everything about this hotel and it’s the only place we’ll stY when visiting Nha Trang in the future.

I stayed at the InterContinental Nha Trang from February 27th to March 2nd, 2020. The place really is a five star hotel. All personnel were friendly as kittens and showed their teeth when you encountered them. The bellhop, Diem I think his name was, all the lovely ladies at reception including Ms. Ngoc, Ms. Nguyen, Ms. Tien, and Ms. Duyen, the maids, the indefatigable concierge Mr. Duc, who patiently took care of my early check-in for Bangkok Airways, and the pool attendant who , unsolicited, brought me a drink of water. Nice people. They either have great training or maybe the hotel just hires really friendly, nice people. It works because I like nice people. Sun at the pool disappears behind a nearby building around noon but it is a really big and beautiful pool and area, the best I've seen in downtown Nha Trang. Maybe they could contract with the owners of the offending building to knock the height down a bit. A hotel employee stops the madhouse motorbike traffic on Tran Phu Street so guests can traverse it safely to the beach across the street. Once you get the drift of things, you can do it yourself (walk slowly at a steady pace so the traffic can swerve around you. no sudden, jerky moves) but it's a benevolent touch. At first, I thought I was in the "Hornet's Nest" at Shiloh. Nobody stops traffic for me here in the good old USA. The spacious building, inside and out, seems new; clean and shiny. Rooms are good size and have a balcony with a wonderful seaview. Rooms facing south, towards Vin Pearl, get to view the sunrise; really nice. Someone else mentioned they did not have balcony furniture but I'm pretty sure mine did. Overall, a great pool, location, and people. I highly recommend a stay here. As Arnold says, "I'll be back."

Warning long TA! We stayed here for 6 nights, this being our chill out leg of our trip. We booked the hotel to pick us up from the airport and glad we did. Air con car, with cold towels, cold water and in car WIFI plus a great driver. The driver called the hotel to say we had departed the hotel, then 10 minutes before arrival. When we arrived we felt like royalty with staff there to meet us and take us straight to the lounge for our ambassador check in. Upgraded to a suite our room had a walk in closet room, great for unpacking and hiding the cases and mess away. The bathroom had fold away walls to make the living room, bedroom and bathroom open plan if you wanted. If not it gave a wall to wall mirrored bathroom. Separate bath and large walk in shower. The room comes with a small balcony and no balcony furniture but when we enquired it was not too much trouble to have 2 chairs and a table there within minutes. The club lounge was closed for breakfast, so breakfast was on the 1st floor. So much choice, Western and Eastern. Great fruit juices and lemon iced tea. Head Chef came over a few times and engaged in conversation, very nice. We met Philip the GM on a few occasions and he was totally engaged and had time to talk and give advice on the local area. His team are a dream, Miss Tain, mgr of the club lounge was wonderful, also shout out to Mr Khang who was very polite and helpful. Also Ly, Nga, Ha and Dat. When we asked the lounge staff for a few extra tea bags as I like a morning cuppa, a note was made for the maid to leave me 3 daily, nice touch. Now I do have a slight down side and that is the pool only gets the sun 0800-1200 and 1500-1600. That said do something else during these hours or enjoy the beach where there are hotel reserved beds. I hope the global tourism downturn does not affect this hotel too much, it’s a great stay and so glad we picked this hotel. Thanks Philip and team.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, you know you are somewhere special. The hotel which is around 6 years old is modern, outstanding design. The staff are friendly, efficient and can read what ever you need before you ask. The rooms are very clean, well laid out , with everything you would expect in a world class hotel. The food is outstanding, and meals including room service are competitively prices compared to restaurants in the area, and the hygiene standards are first class. Breakfast is probably the best anywhere in the world The hotel has won many international awards and it is easy to see why, when you stay here. When in Vietnam, it is the only hotel to consider

We visited Nha Trang a second time and chose Intercontinental because we think that this hotel is the best one in the city.
It provided a high-quality service, matching to high cleaning standarts, and appropriate covid safety regulations. They served tasty food, providing variety in couisine.
Separate thanks to Ms. May (in the reception desk) for her professional and kind support for every issue we faced. The staff overall is very friendly and polite to all the guests.
It was an excellent experience and we hope to come to Intercontinental again Next year.

!Had a week there - great hotel. Totally worth paying for a Club Room - amazing breakfast that goes for hours on Level 1 - so much choice you could almost have brunch. They even let you have a take away coffee to have back in your room or out by the pool. An amazing breakfast spread! (My only comment was - no teaspoons on the table to stir sugar into your hot drinks!) We paid for a Club Room and had fabulous cocktails every night (plus beer, wine and sparkling are on offer); and the chef took pride in making wonderful canapes and some of the food was so ample we did not even need dinner. Cocktails and canapes went from 5.30pm - 7.30pm - would have likedit to go from 6pm - 8pm but it was no big deal. The staff in the Club Lounge remembered our names and were delightful- always remembered our drinks preferences and on our last night arranged for us to have our favourite meal (Chiken RIce) that wasmade especially for us) - they were a lovely team of people. I would highly recommend opting for a Club Room as the inclusions make it worth it (food, drinks and bigger room). The pool staff were great as well and the pool snacks were very reasonably priced for a 5 start hotel. Free beer is offered at 2pm if people would like it. The pool area was really nice and the staff there ( especially Mr Dat) were lovely and looked after everyone. The gym at the hotel was one of the best gyms I have ever used in an hotel- spotless and with loads of great equipment. There is an Intercontinetal beach club opposite the hotel (tiweks and beach lounges) and if you are not comfortable crossing the road on your own (traffic can be constant and full on) there is someone who will help you cross the street! My only warning to people staying is that the beach is a hive of activity from 5.30am and loud music can be played (think aerobics on the beach or other activities) so that may wake you if you have a beach front room . I sent an email to the manager - Mr Paul- towards the end of our stay to say how lovely the staff were and to highlight some people and he responded very quickly and apologised for being away and sent someone to say good bye to us on his behalf. Location is great in down town Nha Trang.
I would definitely stay here again.

You know that. It is still Nha Trang and still is a European standard hotel along the beautiful beach. That's right, today I will introduce you to the Intercontiental hotel. Probably you do not need me to introduce much about the largest hotel brand in North America. Service style from waiter, receptionist,. . . There is no question. I always love the one thing that intercontiental is that the hotel knows that it makes you feel like you're at home no matter how many hours you take, or flying the whole world to travel in Vietnam. inconvenience in playing and entertainment here. I am sure that you will feel happy like me when you rest here. Intercontial is located in extremely beautiful location, located right on the main road and the most beautiful Nha Trang. Opposite the hotel is the sea. The beach is in the top of the most beautiful and clean beaches in the world. You see that relaxation must know how to combine to create perfection. Why do I say this, when you are at a hotel you will always catch the sunrise every morning, and you only need 10 steps to go to the sea to immerse yourself in the cool water, in the early sunshine and in the mountains. coconut. Combined with ocean waves are things that you can not forget. These are my feelings about intercontiental. Yes, there is. If you have young children, try the family room where they have a double decker bed housed in a room and the parents are able to sleep in another room. Much like a two bedroom without sitting area. Relatively spacious and comfortable. They offered two free bears as well!
There are more places to choose from in the Nha Trang area.
