My wife and I got to you on the 2nd try - in 2020, before our trip, Vietnam was closed due to the pandemic and it happened... We really liked the island and how everything was organized here! We visited almost all the hotels on the island and came to the conclusion that our (your) hotel is the best in terms of location, sea, and cleanliness. Special respect to the service staff for the cleanliness of the room, the area, delicious and varied food, the hospitable attitude, the friendliness, friendliness, and smiling attitude of absolutely everyone, which contributes to a good mood and relaxation!!! Great hotel, plenty of breakfast dishes. A gorgeous white beach. The pool is very clean and large. Buggy runs every 15 minutes. The hotel can rent a room with access to the park or purchase access to the park separately at a very good discount. We recommend it!

From the boat and cable car transfer to hotel to Vinworld, Vinpearl staff are friendly and professional.
The breakfast buffet at Vinpearl resort has a wide variety of Asian and Western options , make sure you try the delicious authentic pho.
Would highly recommend checking out Vinworld for family activities.
Only complaint was the bath tub in my room was not cleaned properly. However, the receptionist ensure house keeping came to pur room promptly to do a thorough clean.

Waiting time for check in was extremely long, about more than an hour making us hungry and tired after the flight. Rooms are okay, they say transportation in the resort is available 24/7, but the waiting time is about 10-20 minutes, you need to know this. The food of the restaurants is quite expensive but not very tasty. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Only went once and won't be back.

Hello there, Vinpearl resort doesn't offer snorkeling service as far as I know. If you're interested in this activity then you might have to search somewhere else for it which I think is not hard at all in this lovely beach city. Hope this help.
