This hotel has a very nice swimming pool and I encourage those who love swimming to try it. The swimming pool occupies the highest 1 floor of the hotel. Worst hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam from start to finish. Miserable, rude staff, especially the assistant FOH manager An Thi Thu Trang who falsely claimed to be the manager. The food was terrible and if you went down just before end of breakfast your choice was limited. An encounter over some blood on sheets was dealt with in an extremely unprofessional manner and ended up costing me more than the sheets are worth. The rooftop pool was lovely yet there was never any bar staff at the bar up there to get food or drinks which seemed pointless. I would not recommend this hotel at all even if it was reasonably priced.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the swimming pool is large and nice. The swimming pool is staffed at all times, so you can use it safely and comfortably. There are life jackets so even people who can't swim can use it comfortably. There is no shade. The location is good because it is close to the city, and I am satisfied with everything. The breakfast was delicious and it was an opportunity to try a variety of foods. If I come again next time, I will visit again.

The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and many eateries so the location is great for exploring the city. The pool on the top floor is great but it will be better if umbrellas are provided for shading. Breakfast buffet is okay. The bathtub is big and comfortable but unfortunately the water is not hot enough for a hot bath. I experienced the same problem in another hotel so I guess it is the problem of the city, not the hotel. Overall, great value for money.

I landed at Cam Ranh airport at 10 am and arrived at the hotel early. I went to the check-in counter and they said they could check in early at no extra charge. That makes me happy. They greeted me with a welcome drink. The staff is also friendly. Although it is not too big, it makes me impressed with this 4-star hotel. The room I stayed in costs 700k/night, has a city view and is very spacious. the rest are the same as other hotels. The hygiene here is also quite good (I think since this is a new hotel), without any unpleasant smell. Everything seems to be cleaned up carefully. I heard a lot of people mention the pool when I came here, and the view was really impressive and I was a little scared =)) because I didn't know how to swim. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights as my first accommodation in Nha Trang with my friends. I made the wrong choice and asked to change rooms for one night, but the reception kindly accommodated my request and even took care of my luggage that I forgot to move... Really smart. Hello👍 The accommodation was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious too, but there are a lot of varieties if you go in the morning. The fruit and yogurt are especially delicious! Eating an omelet with banh mi was also very delicious. In addition, it was nice to have more time to prepare since it was the last order to pick up the tour. It's a shame that I couldn't use the 26th floor because I was tired, but I intend to visit again!!!

We stayed at the hotel in January 2024. PROS: -new modern design, spacious rooms. But mostly Chinese tourists - so all the walls are already dirty and the upholstered furniture is stained. - good breakfast and good selection of fruits. - panoramic rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. MINUSES: - terrible cleaning - in the photo there is "age-old" dust on the safe and in the corners. - in 10 days!! The bed linen was never changed. - everywhere it is written that smoking is not allowed, but this again does not apply to Chinese tourists - we had to change the room because of the smell of tobacco in the room, which spread through the ventilation. It is impossible to sleep at night. - poorly thought out air conditioning system - blows on the bed. - poor sound insulation. - there are no sun loungers on the beach.

We just stopped by while everything looks good. Compared to average hotels newer, stands out immediately. Everything new, staff polite, offered either a $100 deposit or leave a passport to choose from, which was impressive.
