Vinpearl luxury is not only a resort, it is an experience. From the moment you arrive at this island paradise the luxury experience begins. The entire time you are here you will not open a single door, the staff check you in whilst you enjoy a complimentary drink, then you are given a tour of the resort on a golf cart and finally taken to your private beach villa. This resort delivers on every front, the food is all excellent, the buffet, the álacarte restraunt, the pool bar even down to the room service is all to the highest quality. The cleanliness and the service of this resort is the best I have ever seen, every space is exceptionally clean and they are constantly being maintained and cleaned by the wonderful staff. On our first night here we were sitting by the pool and the palm tree lighting was turned on, except one of the lights was blown, without saying anything within 30 seconds there was a team of maintenance staff fixing the issue and all the lights where back up and running within minutes. The service of all staff members is amazing, everyone greets you with a smile and the team at reception will give you information on anything you need and will even book you tickets to all the entertainment on the island. The final thing which truly makes this place the best in the world is the value for money, included in your booking the amount of complimentary extras you receive is next level, free spa treatments, free meals, we even got free tickets to the best New Year’s party I have ever been to. Vinpearl luxury is honestly the best resort I have ever been to, from the moment you arrive you dread the moment you need to leave, this resort is the most divine holiday location on the planet and I would insist anyone coming to nha trang stay and Vinpearl luxury.

We stayed in a duplex Villa which was so beautiful. Having your own private pool is a huge bonus, unfortunately our weather was not favourable, so we did not use our pool. The pool was cleaned daily, leaves removed and scooped out.
As we had stayed as a family last August at Vinpearl Resort and Spa in a 3 bedroom Villa and a 4 bedroom Villa which were ABSOLUTELY amazing, when we first saw inside our Villa we were a little disappointed as it was dark and mostly wood.
As each day went on we actually loved the aspect of the traditional Vietnamese style Villa. We had a few little problems that were attended to quickly.
The king bed was so comfortable and although the curtains were not blackout curtains, we were still able to sleep in and the light did not affect our sleep.
Housekeeping were truly wonderful and did so much cleaning, even moping the stairs and floors thoroughly each day.
We found that staying at Vinpearl Luxury the treatment you received from staff was so personalised and every time we appeared near the reception, a staff member would open the door and greet us. I think this was a bonus staying here as it was not nearly as busy as Vinpearl Resort and Spa. There were very few families staying here so the main pools were quiet and at breakfast there were no queues to wait in.
I have severe allergies and they were catered for so well. Thank you to breakfast restaurant staff - Senior Chef Trang Nguyen; Guest Relations Officer Phuong; Food and Beverage Attendant Phuong Nhi and a big thank you to Bellman Luker Nguyen who was always so attentive, easy to talk to, took us to the Akoya Spa, and helped us in many ways. Thank you Luker.
Everyone we came into contact with at Vinpearl Luxury treated us like royalty.
If there was one thing that could be attended to, I would suggest something be done to the wooden staircases in the Villas as they are extremely noisy when you walk up or down the stairs as they creak loudly. This is the ONLY complaint that I have.

We now have a luxury stay on a remote island with access to the centre. I was unexpectedly happy that we had a wide variety of breakfasts that we didn't expect, which were delicious, and that the private beach was clear and less crowded. We spent 14 days in March 2024 at this hotel, having been here in March 2023 and thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately, this year's stay was a severe letdown compared to the previous year. Despite the high price tag of $7100 for four people, including breakfast, we expected good service, considering most guests stay only 3-4 nights. However, there was no proper point of contact as the general manager from last year was no longer there.
The staff, in general, had very poor English, and many excellent employees from last year were no longer at the hotel. Due to renovations, we had to move to a neighboring apartment where chemicals were sprayed, causing health issues and severe headaches. The construction at the pool and beach destroyed any sense of tranquility. Instead of relaxation, the stay was consistently stressful.
The rooms were all very dirty, with dust everywhere, empty bottles in the closet, and the bed linen was dirty with holes. The cleaning staff only changed towels and made the bed once in 14 days. The doors didn't close properly, resulting in constant visits from animals like geckos and mosquitoes.
The prices for massages were excessively high, and the breakfast buffet was very monotonous, lacking exotic fruits like mango or papaya. Upon request, we were charged 8 euros for a mango, which only cost 2 euros in Nha Trang. There was no hot chocolate, despite many children in the resort, and I often had to wait 40 minutes for my coffee due to the poor and slow staff who seemed more irritated than accommodating.
The additional charges for amenities like a pool float were outrageously high, and there was no adequate response to our complaints. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend a vacation at this hotel. Other Marriott chain hotels are much better positioned here.
Wine and fruits were offered as compensation, but they were already available at the buffet. This type of compensation has nothing to do with luxury. The hotel deserves more like three stars and is far too expensive for the service provided. This was our last visit to Nha Trang. The golf fees amount to about 200 euros per person, which is considered extortionate even in Germany. Vietnamese guests pay less, while foreign guests are charged inflated prices. The island is overcrowded, and the new harbor has further increased the stress factor.

I am very happy to choose this hotel on Pearl Island. We chose a sea view room near the sea. We can see the beach in the room. The hotel service is very good, the food is delicious, and my favorite is mango milkshake. There are cars to pick you up anywhere on the island, so you can enjoy the beach and vacation on the island without worries. What was disappointing - Balcony lock broken (room change) - Private pool spa malfunction (occurred in changed room) - Tube rental in the pool is always paid (charged per hour) - It was a massage package, but you can only reserve time after check-out (if canceled, 2 million dong can only be used within the resort) - Bring the free outdoor slippers in pairs. - You can't hang clothes in the closet because of the smell of sweat. - Breakfast is not much different from regular hotels in the city (lots of variety, but not tasty) - There is a place suitable for snorkeling on the private beach, but it is not allowed and a separate paid program is operated. - When I mentioned my major complaint at check-out, they said they were sorry and said they would cover taxi fare to the airport, but instead, departure was only possible from the dock (there was no consideration until the end).

Nothing to add to the many positive reviews...we especially liked the paradise tranquility and the very well-kept complex with high standards as well as the excellent and good-humored staff.
Maybe some more info that might be useful:
- One must be aware that it is already a bit from the island over to the city of Ngha Trang: First by electric cart to the cable car or the speedboat port, then 10 minutes cable car or boat, the terminal on the land side is not really in the city center, so you still need a taxi from there (tip: Rather book yourself via app e.g. with Grab than address one of the taxi drivers waiting there, which are much more expensive).
- If there is heavy weather in the evening, which is not uncommon in Ngha Trang depending on the time of year, it can happen that cable car operation and speedboat are suspended for safety reasons and you have to wait a little longer to get back to the island
- "The Harbour" on the island is a matter of taste. Some kind of kitschy small town / pedestrian area that could have sprung from Walt Disney's imagination. Once gone through and annoyed by the loud music sound...later rediscovered, because you can go there quite well and not too expensive.
Overall we would have liked to stay longer or we will definitely come back. Tip to the hotel team: A service for rental bicycles or electric scooters would still be great, so that you can perhaps explore the island on your own.

I would have given 7 stars if it was possible. Right from airport pick to stay to airport drop off, we got the best hospitality and experience that we’ve had in our years of travel.
Together with my wife and son, we visited Vinpearl, Luxury, Nha Trang in October 2022. We were received by two kind staff members at the airport who greeted us with Water bottles and cleaning napkins while we waiting for the car to come around which would take us to the hotel. The car was also a luxury Vinfast car with a very courteous driver who again offered water in the car and gave very clear instructions on how long the drive will be.
We reached the speedboat area from where we were taken to our resort in the island.
At the resort we were assigned a dedicated concierge, (Mr. Khoa) who supported us throughout our stay there. He took care of every little thing for us.
We were most impressed when they found out that my wife was vegetarian and prefers Indian food; their Vietnamese chef took an initiative to learn about Indian cooking and created an Indian Veg Menu for my wife. He made an impressive Potato curry with Naan which we believe he made for the first time but the taste was splendid.
We had taken their Beach facing villa with our own private pool that my son just loved. The room were really big and bathroom is luxurious.
The staff is so hospitable and helpful in every manner. They are always on their feet to assist and to take care of every small need of their guests.
They also have Vinwonders on the island which has a waterpark, amusement park, zoo, aquarium, games arcade. It’s heaven for kids and adults alike. The waterpark is amazing which great rides. We spent our whole day ending it with their musical water fountain show which beats even Las Vegas show.
It’s a great place for couples and family with kids alike.
We are very impressed and high recommend a stay here.
We will sure go back here again.

The environment and service were all excellent. All the services provided by our staff are precious memories that we will never forget.
However, what was disappointing was that when ordering room service, there were no specific menu names, so it was difficult to explain each item one by one. It would be nice if the names or numbers of the menus were written down.
The quality of the massage varies greatly depending on the ability of the masseuse. Although the price was somewhat expensive, it was difficult to pay willingly due to the significant difference in quality.

I booked just room and breakfast. I don't know they have all inclusive service. But they have only one restaurant with many kinds of menus. It doesn't matter to me because I stayed two nights and I think I used reasonably priced room service. All the other services were good, including the food room service. I think it would be good to refer to it.
