This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived I was greeted very warmly by highly attentive staff who made every effort to make me feel relaxed and welcomed to a slice of heaven in Vietnam. The only thing I didn’t like was leaving the hotel (both during and at the end of the stay). In fact, for the first 24 hours I didn’t set foot outside as the hotel had everything I wanted or needed. I would like to especially commend whoever is in charge of hiring and training staff. Every employee from front of house to gardener were such amazing lovely people and it is obvious all have been very well trained to look after their guests.

We stayed in Potique beautiful hotel 3 bedrooms with my family 5 adults. The reception helped us arrange our rooms nearby each other and offered an upgraded room thankfully. Most rooms are pretty spacious and the ocean view is amazing. But the garden view room seems almost nothing to see over the window. Potique hotel is located in a noisy area in the city center particularly music sounds during our stay. (our rooms are on the 15 floors but the sounds reached us) We saw a bit of dirt stuff from an uncleaned capsule coffee machine in the upgraded room. (there was an old used capsule in the machine which didn't check for a long time I guess) However, no doubt that it was super cleaned and tidy in general. Staffs were super kind and gentle. They were willing to help us with many things such as taxi service reservations and corona test arrangements before our flight. Workout facilities are good. The quality of shower room amenities was wonderful, especially hand soap and shampoo stuff. Good fragrance! The breakfast is big enough to try to have diverse Eastern and European style dishes. 최신에 생긴 시내 호텔이라 깨끗한 편이였고 쾌적했습니다. 음식도 좋았고 한국분들 좋아할것 같아요. 리셥센에서는 코로나 테스트 해주시는 의사 선생님 예약도 도와주셔서 가족들이 번거롭게 병원 안가도 되서 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 코로나 테스트 비용이 5명 하는데 70만동 냈어요. 시내중심에 있어서 음악 소리때문에 소음이 다소 있는 위치라서 저희는 15층에 있었는데 방 위치가 고층일 수록 소음으로부터 해방될수있어 더 좋을듯 합니다. 영어 잘하시는 택시 기사님도 호텔에서 불러주셔서 그랩 택시비보다 저렴하게 택시 이용 했습니다. 로비에 있는 카페는 호텔머물면 10프로 디스카운트 해줘서 저렴하게 카페도 이용하고 잘 쉬다 갔습니다. ^^

The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

Our fantastic room at the Potique Hotel in Nha Trang was very clean and extremely spacious with great views to the ocean. The reusable water bottles in the room are an excellent idea The location is perfect being close to the beach, restaurants and night markets. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge variety of different foods and nightly dinners are delicious. The very large roof top pool is wonderful with great views and the roof top bar is great too. The spa services are lovely and very professional as well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them from arranging tours and transport to bringing us items to our room. We would like to thank all of the staff at the Potique for making our 2nd stay of two weeks so enjoyable.

Loved the location, room condition, the best french fries in the city, and last but not least the level of service! First time visiting Nha Trang and the renowned Potique Hotel, I highly recommend to anybody with a higher standard when it comes to a whole experience of choosing a home away from home. The level of service they provide is the epitome of Vietnamese hospitality where you meet with the brightest faces who own service minds. Close to any great restaurants, POIs, and shopping favorites of visitors, Potique also offers a not only brand new but b well maintained property with luxury standards at its finest. The minutes walking into the hotel, a reception lady with a big smile and a nice cup of ice tea were waiting for us. Checking in was quick, a bellman walked us through the well decorated lobby to our sparklingly clean guest room and bathroom, and thoroughly explained the operation of all appliances. The breakfast was great, included Asian and western food served by friendly staff. We have stayed at many other five-star hotels but Potique is undoubtedly the best. We will certainly be back.

Despite arriving very early after an overnight bus trip, hotel staff were very helpful and were able to check us in to our room by mid-morning. The room was clean and spacious, with effective air conditioning. A clever TV pivoting system enables the TV to face the bed or sofa, however since it's an older unit with no Airplay or Chromecast support,, we weren't able to use it for content on mobile devices.
An ensuite open to the bedroom means you need to be very comfortable with any one else you're sharing the room with. The water pressure was Ok and the water was hot and plentiful, so overall a great experience on the bathing front.
Although a private beach facility is advertised by the hotel, it was not operational when we visited during advertised operating hours, meaning we had no access to beach towels during our beach trip.
Overall the Poutique Hotel is a great location for those wanting some comforts and respite from the sticky conditions outdoors in Nha Trang. We were also impressed by the staff who were always courteous and helpful, and had a reasonable mastery of English despite Nha Trang not generally receiving many English speaking visitors.

When I arrived at Potique, I was welcomed by Alfred, one of the Hotel's ambassadors, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and answered any questions I had.
The hotel is located a block away from the beach which is only a short walk, and like the other major hotels, has a reserved area where you are able to get a towel, and free access to sun lounges/ beach umbrellas etc. The hotel also has a rooftop infinity swimming pool.
I had originally booked a king suite room, but requested to change to an alternate room due to lack of natural light. Luckily, Arie from the front of house team was able to facilitate the change which was greatly appreciated.
As far as the accommodation goes, the beds were semi-firm and comfy, with plush pillows/sheets, and the A/C and Wi-Fi worked fine. The bathrooms were well appointed with dual hand basins, separate bath tub/shower, ample hot water, good water pressure, and were stocked with all your expected bathroom amenities.
You are also treated to a nightly turndown service which included different ‘turndown cakes' for each day of the week, which was a pleasant surprise. And, it would be remiss of me not to mention the buffet breakfast, unbelievable!
Overall, the Potique Hotel turned out to be a good option for my accommodation in Nha Trang, and I would have no hesitation in choosing it again.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel for 4 days. My husband and I really enjoyed the Indochine deco at the hotel. Location is great, few steps to the beach and it’s not so noisy as hotels in Tran Phu street. Customer service is really good and I higy recommend for family with kids. Our boy is 3 year olds and he is a picker eater. We requested the restaurant to cook the porridge the way he wanted and they made it as we requested. Receptionists and restaurant staff are friendly. We also took massage and enjjoyed a lot. I was served by the lady Luu Ly and she is amazing. Potique also has beach area where they had seperate sofa for guests and both life guards are friendly. Again highly recommend for families!
