This hotel was very nice and modern. I think it was a new place. The beds were very comfortable the towels were soft and big. The room that we had was very nice. It had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. There was a flatscreen TV and a round sofa, nice for reading and lounging. The only issues we had with the hotel was the drain in the shower would back up and water would flood the bathroom floor. All even though the rooms were spotless and clean the hallways always seemed to have an odor of cigarettes. Also we found it strange that this was the only hotel in all of Vietnam that we stayed at that required a 1 million dong cash deposit as well as photos of our passports. They gave it back when we left. Just unnecessary.

The gym is always boiling hot. It is a glass room with one small fan only, which is not enough. There is either no airconditioning or the AC is off by the admin's choice. In either way, it is unacceptable for a "good" hotel. Furthermore, the pool water is cold and not heated.

The place was clean! Very welcoming staff, about 2 blocks from the beach, an easy walk. Just pay attention to the traffic, it’s nuts. The pool, on the 28th floor, is a bit weird, not heated and the sun doesn’t hit it, so it stays pretty cold, but it’s a pretty nice area to hang out. Great gym, new, facing the ocean, glass floor to ceiling. Keep in mind it’s relatively new and their working out the quirks. The view is phenomenal, at least the ocean facing view. Hoang Tuan coffee is at the corner, a great place to enjoy some hot or cold coffee and people watch (day or night). The security guys were terrific, although they seemed not to recognize me and I needed to show my parking pass way to often. I finally just ignored them and parked...overall it was a great place to stay for a month. Not a ton of English spoken, mostly Russian and obviously Vietnamese...have google translate ready, and hold on tight! I’d do it again!

The staff are very friendly, the room condition and the hotel location are very good. I think I will visit again when I come back to Nha Trang. I had a good rest. The bed was very soft and I heard there were bugs, but I didn't see any while I was there. The air conditioning is great and the water pressure is very good. Due to the nature of Vietnam, it is recommended that you bring a shower filter with you. If you are planning a city tour, I highly recommend this accommodation!!

Having read the previous reviews we took the complaints with a pinch of salt, we have travelled and stayed all over the world and we are sorry to say it does not live up to its supposedly 5 star raiting. Positives, location is good, staff on the most part are very helpful and friendly like life now in general some prefer their mobile phones to the clientele, one thing they should shout about is the plugs you use they take any combination we used uk and Auz with no adaptors. Quick to respond to issues.
Ok, Breakfast they could introduce some variation from Asian, love Asian food just would be nice to have a little change, understandable as 98% of the clientele is Asian.
Could be a lot better, cleaning, they do the minimum, don’t replace glasses with clean ones, don’t clean the shower or balcony is to name a few. Fridge useless drinks stay colder with the air con on.. if you pay for a balcony make sure it has a table and chairs we had to ask, 5 coat hangers again had to ask, we sent email to the hotel before leaving asking questions no response, no sauna but still advertised, noises rooms with water flowing down the pipe chases constantly, shower flooded in our room.
Close to the beach and plenty of places to eat and drink, this area is not for the faint hearted crossing the road is harder than Thailand and Bali, just step out and forge on 😂. If like me you’re polite don’t expect the other hotel guests to be the same. Local restaurants you don’t get what you pay for we had a couple of expensive meals and found the smaller local ones to be far better in value service with far better food.
Would we stay at the same hotel again. Not this one. We did Njoy Nha Trang and as I say the locals are spot on.

hello. This is a guest who stayed in mid-September. The weather has been good ever since I came to Nha Trang. The hotel was located downtown so it was easy to get around. Also, the staff are very friendly. If you request extra towels, etc., they take care of it right away, and even take care of check-out and transportation. I stayed for 2 nights and was very satisfied. The service was very good as they listened carefully to my request and processed it quickly. All the staff were friendly and I felt comfortable. The swimming facilities were clean and good for swimming, and the infinity pool was also impressive. The breakfast wasn't very diverse, but there were a lot of basic foods and delicious foods to suit my taste. The rice noodles are really delicious. It's close to downtown, so I made a lot of happy memories by walking around, visiting night markets, eating good restaurants, and cafes. If I have the chance next time, I will visit again.

We have life jacket at the pool, and the kid pool is 60cm deep
Superior room has balcony, but the view is opposite the other hotel. From Deluxe room, they have city view or sea view.
