Sharaton Nha Trang is the perfect place to unwind and relax. I have just returned from an unforgettable trip and would like to share my impressions of this wonderful hotel.
The first thing that struck me was the location. The hotel is located directly on the beach, allowing you to enjoy spectacular sea views from anywhere in the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are offered free of charge and you can spend the whole day enjoying the warm sun and clean sand.
The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the bed is soft and comfortable. The rooms are also equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including Wi-Fi, a minibar and a large TV.
The hotel's restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Breakfast includes a wide variety of choices ranging from fresh fruit to traditional Vietnamese dishes. In addition, the restaurant staff is very friendly and always ready to offer help and advice.

Sheraton has many changes compared to before. When Mid-Autumn Festival begins, setting up the Moon Cake area is very safe. Lobby is very popular with customers but the food is very fast and delicious. Good and enthusiastic service from AN HO and JAMES. Food and drinks ok. Will return.

As soon as I got off at the front door of the hotel, a staff member came out to collect my luggage, and I was also thankful that they carried my luggage to my room. I got an ocean view room on the 23rd floor and the view was really nice. Even the bathroom has an ocean view. It's great to bring my parents.

First of all, we would like to thank all the staff of Sheraton Nha Trang hotel for creating conditions for our family to have a happy vacation. In particular, Loc has supported our family during recent vacations. Together with Tay and Chef Huy Nguyen and Huy Huynh, we prepared delicious meals suitable for our family's taste. Breakfast buffet has many dishes, we really like Hue beef noodle soup and noodles soup with ribs cooked by Ms. Mai. Breakfast, in addition to delicious dishes, also had attentive service from Anna and Thuong, giving our family a cozy feeling. The Club lounge has enthusiastic, lovely staff such as Van, Chau and Dzung. We always choose the Sheraton hotel every time we have the opportunity to go to Nha Trang and like the dishes cooked by chef Huy Nguyen. This vacation we were lucky to meet chef Justin (Korean) who was very friendly and fun. The only unsatisfactory thing is that the carpet in the room is old and a bit smelly.

Sheraton is well located with easy acess to the beach and the night market. The room was nice and spacious with ocean view and the bed was excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs and caring about our comfort. From concierge Mr. Vinh Ly and Hùng Jack to Ms. Phương manager at the front desk, to Ms. An Anna assistant manager at the breakfast restaurant, and her staff Ms. Khánh who spoke Chinese and Korean fluently, Ms. Loan, Hương, Lan, Hân, Bich Đang and Vąn; we truly appreciate their excellent services done with friendly smiles that made us feel very special and pampered. It would be a perfect experience should we have better quality food. The noodle soups were blend and did not reflect the authenticity of the Vietnamese cuisine. The pastries, sweet rice were overheated and dry. Bánh Tét, was cold, hard as if undercooked or just out of the freezer. Bánh bèo had no filings nor toppings. Overall we felt like Sheraton chose quantity over quality as they cater for big group of foreign travelers. We had Peking duck and wonton soup for dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The duck skin was not crispy as it should be and the noodle prepared with the duck meat as well as the soup were tasteless. The dinner was rather pricey for the quality offered. We were quite disappointed with the food. We stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights but we had to eat out most of the time. What a shame.

When we visited the counter to book a dinner buffet, it was nice to be kind to explain the menu with the buffet introduction. It was full of fresh seafood and a lot of dessert, so satisfying. Jamie's staff was kind to take orders, check the middle table status, and I was happy to quickly remove the dried dishes and eat cleanly. They do, both at the pool and beach. The beach is a short walk across the street, The cross walk may seem intimidating at first, but you pick it up quick, just keep moving when you start. Don’t forget to tip your attendant at the beach for setting up your towels and watching your stuff.
