The hotel is nice with good service but the Sailing Club is ridiculously loud till 2am. We have 3 beachfront view rooms and the view is incredible but if you value your sleep this might not be for you. But what saves this hotel is the 10 stars for the beach staff. Tân and Thu were so wonderfully accommodating. During my time exploring throughout Vietnam, I’ve had the opportunity to stay in quite a few hotels. This one has been the worst by far. The service is just subpar. Upon check in, my friend inquired about an airport transfer and was brushed off - telling her to ask the bellhop. The rooms themselves were extremely dated albeit the views were quite good. We found dust bunnies in the closet and old cigarette butts on the balcony. Additionally, the bathroom in our room was laid out very inefficiently such that you cannot open the shower door fully as the door to enter the bathroom limited entry. We are travelers that don’t ask for our room to be cleaned everyday - maybe every other day at most. We put out a “please clean my room” tag on our door upon leaving today around 830am and when we returned at 420pm, the room was still not cleaned. I will say that they promptly came once I complained to the front desk. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and I’m not sure why it has such high reviews.

My family found this hotel to be great value for money. The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast is one of the best we have had during our travels through Vietnam. The location is central (beach just across the road so not lugging towels/beach toys far) and the roof top pool a perfect place to escape when the beach gets too hot. Guests staying are given free entry into Vinwonders which my family visited over two days to be able to get through properly. This was a highly light for my children ages 5,8 and 10. Would recommend.

I‘m here with my sisters families on a short vacation but this location is very convenient and I got served very well at the restaurant every morning by nice smiling faces all the time. The staff's friendliness, room management, and bedding were all good, worthy of a 5-star rating. The location is also very convenient as there are many restaurants nearby and shopping malls such as Starbucks and Fooklong Coffee One Mart are located in the same building. My children booked us a room here. It was unexpected that we liked the stay, because we are no more young and dislike the city busy vibe. All staff very kind and polite to us. Young ones with lively smiles and always available to support. Bell boys help bring the luggage to room, welcome drink delicious in hot days We did not buy ticket for theme park, but the hotel offers good price. Recommend to buy there if you are interested

Hi, sorry for late reply. Yes the hotel has sunbeds and umbrella's on the beach. There is hotel staff on the beach with towels as well. He keeps an eye on your belongings.
