This was a budget hotel and you get what you pay. We arrived very early (5:30am) after a night bus from Hoi An, and thankfully although we had to wait a few hours, they were able to let us into our room at 9am. The staff could be friendlier and a bit more helpful, if asked questions they would answer...

Great little hotel for the money £11 is a great deal for travellers/backpackers or anyone on a budget. Breakfast great and rooms cleaned everyday which is great. However although most staff were nice and always friendly, the manager who is in charge was really quite rude never had a smile on his face and when we asked him questions etc...

Rooms are small but come equipped with everything you need! The people in charge are extremely friendly and can organise day trips for you, such as snorkelling and transport to the mud baths and also buses to other cities. If I ever visit Nha Trang again this would be where I would stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was satisfying enough. The rooms were clean and some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The man at reception arranged transport and gave us a 5% discount from the hotel for the egg mud baths which is always an added bonus! The free breakfast was pretty nice, I had a...

The hotel staff were lovely to say the least, front of house speak good English, breakfast was good, there was a menu with at least 8 to 10 main choices and to drink there was about 6, in our minds plenty to choose from, location of the hotel is good, our room was brilliant, if you can run to the...

The room was nice with a big window, we got a more expensive room (which was still extremely cheap!) so it was very decent. They kept it very clean for us which was excellent. Although I got a peek into some of the cheaper rooms, tiny with shared bathrooms and no windows, so keep in mind if you really want...

This hotel has 24/7 good English speaking reception staff. The cleaning is done daily and immaculate. 6 floors and an elevator. Every floor has a (cheaper) inside room without windows, but is so advertised on the booking sites. I had a front / streetside room, which was spacy and, though it's in the tourist centre of Nha Trang, at night...

I had read other reviews and was a little bit nervous however our stay with saint paul was great. It's in a little side street that is close to everything. The staff members were always nice to us and the breakfast was also nice. The rooms were clean there just wasn't enough power points. I would stay here again.

Very well located, close to the beach and city center; it is quite clean, but I didn't like the staff. Everything we asked for seem like it was annoying them, especially the lady in charge of serving breakfast... so unpolite!

The hotel is tucked away down a little street, but so are a lot of them. It did,Dan that it was fairly quiet. The staff on reception were nice, the room was nice and cleaned every day, we were pleasantly surprised to see the room for how much we paid. The air con worked fine, hot shower and the laundry...
