What an amazing hotel. We visited many hotels on this trip and this was by far my favorite. Service was unmatched. The facility was more breathtaking than the photos we saw when we booked it. Communication with the hotel before, during and after was excellent. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a side view of the water. Still spectacular. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom wall was a window which was interesting but we kept the blinds down the entire time to ensure privacy. The breakfast was delicious and had a WIDE variety of food every day. We stayed for a week and they changed it up every day but kept the regular breakfast items.
They provided a plate of fresh fruit in the room upon check in, along with two complimentary bottles of water (replenished daily). The fridge is stocked with soda and beer for an extra fee. There are two TVs in the room but we only found one remote which was weird. The pool was not heated and there was no kid pool (that we could find). There is a closed off play area for kiddos and a separate workout room with two massage chairs.
Their bar area overlooks the pool area and the view is of the water and Vinpearl in the background.
There is no wheelchair access at the entrance. We had plenty of men in our group who carried my dad up and down the steps in his wheelchair. But if we didn't, they hotel staff would have done it without a problem. Just a little inconvenient to ask for help to enter and leave.
Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again. Cam On to the staff again for a wonderful and memorable stay.
Not sure where to begin….. from checkin to checkout the experience was not pleasant one bit!
Upon entering our room which was the “Queen Ann Super king suite” roughly $500 au per night it was nothing short of disappointing. The aircon had not been turned on before our arrival so the room was approx 30 degrees, it was all down hill from there! Staff rude and very unhelpful, with the attitude of we don’t understand what your saying so figure it out yourself!
We ordered room service which was awful and bland and our tray with the remaining food which was most of it, was left in our room for the next 3 days. When servicing our room they only made the bed and each time turned the aircon off so we returned to a hot room each time which was so annoying as it took forever to cool down.
We went to the pool for a swim and ordered a drink which each time took half an hour when there was no one else there! No one understood English not even the basics so communicating was difficult! Breakfast was beyond basic to the point we skipped eating there even though it was included.
Upon checkout I had a big issue with being overcharged for 1 night which took 45 minutes to resolve as I was not leaving until I was refunded one nights accommodation, the manager was sent down to discuss with me and was extremely rude, I told her I had the email to prove our booking and for how many nights etc to which she replied extremely sarcastically “well show me then”. I proceeded to show her as it turned out I was right and eventually got my refund.
This hotel is by no means 5 star at all they are kidding themselves. I would rate them a 3 and that is being generous!
Do yourselves a favour and keep googling to find somewhere that will make your trip to Nha Trang memorable as this was terrible!
Our stay at this magnificent hotel left us with warm memories and a great experience.
We were accommodated in a room on the 26th floor, which had a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is across the road. The beach is public, but clean; sun loungers and deck chairs are available for an additional fee.
The hotel is located in the center of Nha Trang, everything is within walking distance (shops, cafes, exchange offices, excursions).
The rooms are cozy, comfortable with everything you need. The room is cleaned every day, as well as towels are replaced (bed linen is replaced if desired), and bathroom amenities are replenished.
Each time the room was cleaned, 0.5 liters of water per person, tea bags and coffee were left. Breakfast is varied and delicious.
The service at the Queen Ann Hotel deserves special mention. The professional and attentive staff do everything possible to make guests feel at home.
An individual approach to each visitor creates an atmosphere of special care and cordiality. I would like to express my special gratitude to the attentive, hospitable administrator Dmitry, who is always ready to help.
I recommend it, great hotel, great service, great location, great food!!!
The balcony was facing the sea and we enjoyed the sun rise every day. We were on the 22nd floor and the views were stupendous. Having beers in the evening watching the world go by was priceless. There is a bit of traffic noise but not too bad.
The buffet breakfast was amazing. Good variety of local and Western fare. Go early to avoid the crowds as it gets very noisy when the tour groups come in.
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very impressive considering the rather large number of tour groups they have to attend to. The hotel has a rather strange requirement. They keep your passport upon check in and return it on check out. We needed the passports to rent a motorcycle so had to deposit one million dong to get our passports back. I'm guessing they must have had bad guests who leave without settling their bills. Unfortunately the staff couldn't really explain the situation clearly.
The beach is just opposite the hotel and lots of cafes, restaurants and classy pubs within 10 minutes walk. There is a mini-mart next door on the right and a slightly bigger one a little further on the left.
Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nha Trang.
Many thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay at your hotel!
The quality of the room cleaning left much to be desired, the soap was not shared for two days, we had to ask for its replenishment.
For the first nine days we quietly used one card for sunbeds on the beach, but then the rules changed: only one sunbed was issued per card. And there were five of us! To get enough sunbeds, we had to carry all the cards.
But the real blow was my husband's shorts situation. He went to bed in his new shorts and they painted the sheets. Instead of just washing the sheets, the hotel charged us 607,000 VND! Allegedly from Ho Chi Minh City, funds need to be brought in. After a long argument, we got a discount, but we still had to pay.
In general, this hotel is not at all client-oriented.
