I’ve just read the review 5July 2018 headed “ it could be amazing “. I’ve booked through my travel agent to come next year and I’m really worried now about the comments made . It’s worrying that service is so non existent and prices so high - even in so called happy hour . I hope changes are going to be made ... I’ll be keeping a close eye on the reviews to see if I need to book somewhere else . ☹️

Don't worry, it's an amazing resort and we did have a really good time. The prices aren't high compared to London, just in comparison to other resorts in Vietnam. The service was poor but not rude or anything like that and it didn't really detract from the stay, you would just expect a lot, lot better. And maybe they will have sorted things out by then - a decent manager could sort out that place in a couple of weeks. The rooms are absolutely fantastic - probably I the top 5 I've stayed in (Jade Mountain probably top by way of comparison). The beach front villas were wonderful but the stairs up to the treetop would have been a bit tiresome after a couple of days. Anyway, don't worry, I'm sure you'll have a great time - it's a wonderful resort and I would go back without hesitation.

Hello, My family, 13 people, will be arriving in Nha Trang via Royal Caribbean cruise ship on July 6, 2018 from 9am -6pm. We want to go to your hotel and use a cabana and eat at your restaurant and use your spa services. Do we need to rent a room to do that? Do you offer any visitor day packages? Also how much for us to get to the resort from Cau Da Port Pier? Thank you.
