After climbing 2 flights of stairs you enter a French/European style premise. The check-in was handled quickly, politely and accurately . The names of the incoming guests being saluted on the screen beside the reception desk. Large corner room in a French style with beautiful ceiling moldings, super clean, chandelier. Stand alone bathtub and high pressure rain forest shower. Very quiet hotel. Excellent WIFI throughout the hotel. Breakfast served in a magnificent dinning room. Warm selections mostly of Vietnamese food. Limited Western options offered, on the other hand fabulous choices of fresh fruits and juices. Coffee could be a bit warmer. One problem was that the worn-out wall AC outlets cannot be used to properly change phones since too loose to maintain adequate contact . We stayed. 3 nights - May 06, 07 ,08 2022. Very pleasant stay.…
We had a Deluxe City View room, the room was large with a large bathroom. The reception area is large, bright, clean and welcoming. There is an indoor swimming pool and bar area located on one of the higher floors. The hotel is a short walk to the Perfume River. The restaurant is large and offers a good buffet breakfast selection. We dined twice at the restaurant which was excellent and surprisingly empty! I think tourist numbers were perhaps lower than normal for this time of year due to the coronavirus outbreak, but highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant for dining. The service was a little slow, but the food was worth the wait. The staff were friendly.
I really enjoyed my stay at Eldora Hotel . It located within easy distance of many destinations. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed the food and service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. There is rooftop indoor pool which looks crazy luxurious. I was really impressed with the staff, they were very friendly. I would definitely return.
Great hotel just outside of peak tourist area which gave us a great view of local life but not too far from bars etc. Very lean and spacious rooms with well thought out amenities. Indoor pool is refreshing and rood bar great for a drink. Service could be better at roof top bar. Thanks for a lovely stay
Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Something that I found throughout Vietnam is that the bathrooms don’t give you a lot of privacy. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The breakfasts were great. Lots of choices.
Felt very welcome in this very luxurious hotel right in the centre of Hue. Very comfortable beds, very good showers and everything you need. The breakfasts were superb. Lots of international guests. One of the best hotels on our tour of Vietnam, can highly recommend.
Great location for getting around town, welcome is warm and friendly and staff overall very helpful. Our room was spacious, furniture could be viewed as a little opulent. The sly bar offers a great view of the city by day and night. Restaurant offers plenty of options of breakfast and an ok coffee. Certainly, should be considered if looking for somewhere to stay in Hue
Again in Vietnam another amazing hotel another wonderful city the staff can’t do enough for you , another great roof bar with an amazing view of the city at night and some fantastic night life within 10 minutes Walt.
Booked by our Gate 1 Tour, the room was exceptionally well appointed, large and in very good condition, appearing newly remodeled. Our tour guide quipped that of all of the hotels that we stayed in, this one had a "Princess Room". The bathroom was large with a separate toilet area. Both the toilet area and bathroom wall next to the bedroom had glass panels. Curtains could be pulled for privacy for the bedroom wall and the bathroom entry. Very comfortable and plush, we were on the 8th floor in Room #8804. Public spaces are beautifully designed. Members of our group met for refreshments and cocktails in the elegant bar/lobby area, where the service was professional and impeccable. The buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, offered in the lovely restaurant. Great location and impressive facility. Highly recommend!…
Stayed 2 nights (in a deluxe room) on our Vietnam Roundtrip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, considering the fact that initially I was reluctant to stay here (found the furnisher not my taste at all and way too opulent and some of the critic also put me off. As for the scratched plastic bath that someone complained about – yes, it is badly scratched but as we didn’t use the bath it didn’t bother us at all and it was probably damaged by the extremely hot water). They warned us that the water was very hot and it was really VERY hot. We arrived just before the restaurant closed but they were kind enough to still serve us. Good location, good food, pleasant staff, lovely room. So, we enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.
