Perfect location, very simple guesthouse but for the price it was great. Nice and helpfull staff.I suggest to rent a scooter in the guesthouse and go around, it is cheap and easy. Around there is many restaurants and shops.

We have been in South East Asia for a month and a half and this is probably the worst place we have stayed. We are doing it on a budget so don't get me wrong I don't have unrealistic expectations for what $8 a night is going to get me...but this place was gross! It looked as though it hadn't...

I know it's a budget hotel and we have stayed in cheaper joints but Mouldy sheets. Bed springs poking through the mattress. Staff treat the place like a rubbish tip and to top it off we had to deal with an electrical fire in the room by ourselves. It was lucky they used extinguishers as door stoppers on our floor....

Large rooms, working A/C and comfy enough beds. Staff are helpful although don't speak much english. Shower was freezing cold! Don't stay here if you want a decent night sleeps. Music playing until the early hours. Shouting in the corridors and furniture being dragged around at 4am and music being played again at 7am. We stayed on the 3rd floor...

Stay here for three nights. Good service at the front desk, laundry service good, tolerable clean, but a bit a hot room. It is located very central in the tourist area. All in all I had a good experience and would recommend to any budget traveler.

Cheap, but not very clean. The guest house has good position, not far way from the city centre. The price is low, but quality of rooms and tidy it is not on high level. The personal is nice and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in Hue, looking for something cheap whilst backpacking and managed to stumble upon this place. It's just a block over from the one of the hostels in the Downtown backpackers chain (which are WAY more expensive) so you can easily pop over there at night for drinks/join their tours etc whilst saving a load...

We stayed as a stop over between Hoian and Hanoi, our room was big but felt old and had an odd smell. It was extremely Noisey, base blasting until the early hours from a bar down the road. The guy behind reception didn't really speak much English and insisted there was no 9:30 train, despite us booking it elsewhere.

I stayed at the hotel over night arriving early to the desk not being attended. The staff spoke no English and it was difficult to make myself understood. I was first into a room that was filthy and I don't think it was for foregin guests. I was then changed to a better room later in the day. There was...
