My wife and I got into H.C.C. at about 02:30 hours, we were pick up by Madame cuc's taxi. When we got to the hotel we signed in and were then met with our first surprise, they have a pulley system for getting your luggage to the top floor, however the don't use between 22:00 and 08:00 hours, to noisy...

Mme Cuc 64 is very central to the backpacker area of Saigon. The rooms are clean although some are very small (interior rooms between front and rear). The staff are friendly and cheerful; plus a light breakfast and dinner are available at no extra charge. There is no lift but luggage is transferred by hoist. You must use the stairs.

Madame Cuc's Hotel 64 was great for me - a solo traveller at the time. Room was simple, clean, air conditioning, mini bar and fridge. The bathroom wasnt the greatest but was spacious enough and clean. I was up many floors, they tied my backpack to a rope and pulled it up for me. The staff was very helpful, kind...

Stayed here with a few friends and would recommend to anybody. The rooms were clean, linen changed everyday day, the wifi was really good and rates were cheap. The staff were extremely friendly and tried to help in any way. It is a really good central location in Saigon so you don't have far to walk to find a bar.

was originally going to stay for 3 nights and kept extending it till I stayed 2 weeks. I did it mostly because of the staff. They were were always willing to help. They even gave me advice on what to look out for, in terms of getting overcharged. Nguyen and Six are intelligent young people who I enjoyed chatting with...

It was not too expensive, the rooms were not great. They did not come with blankets, just pillows and bottom sheets. The receptionists tried their best to help us and book trips, and they did well. It was not a remarkable hotel, but it is in a great location--near to great parks, walking distance to museums/sights, close to great food.

We loved it here, the staff are amazing and will go out of the way to help in any way they can. They are also friendly and have a great sense of humour. We stayed in a windowless room for the first part of our stay (we extended by another 3 days) which was quiet and cool with a good...

Nothing glamorous about this hotel but very clean and friendly. We had a back room and heard no street noise. Good breakfast and coffee. Helpful staff with good English. We were travelling with a baby who was spoilt by all the staff there.
