Stayed here for a couple of nights either side of our trip to Vietnam in October. It was my 4th trip to Vietnam and I've stayed here before. The hotel is small and has a working lift. The staff are nice and friendly and helped book a train ticket for us to Mui Ne. We booked the suite room for...

My husband and I have stayed at Lac Vien on a number of previous occasions. This was to be our last, and in fact we checked out the day after we arrived, instead of staying the 4 days that we had booked. EXTREMELY noisy, we only managed about an hours sleep. phone pulled out of wall so not usable, television...

Lac Vien Hotel is located in District 1 in HCMC. This is an inexpensive hotel close to shopping, good food and nightly entertainment. The hotel is located off the busy road and is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to a clean affordable hotel in HCMC try Lac Vien.

Reservation not honoured. Probably the most important thing you want as hotel to do when you turn up at 10pm at night is for them to keep your reservation. We arrived on time and they had given our room away. Absolutely the WORST thing you can do to a customer. Horrible experience !!

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The service was very good and the staff couldn't of being helpful. We arrived early and they had the room ready for us in 30 mins. It is a great location, in the middle of everything but yet not a sound in the rooms!

I walked into Lac Vien Hotel without advanced booking. The rate quoted for a Standard Room (without window) was $32, but the front desk officer offered me a discount at $28 if I stayed for 3 nights. After viewing the room, I accepted the offer. LOCATION: Conveniently located at backpackers’ area in Pham Ngu Lao, and is near to Ben...

Great location, has all that you need near and around hotel, cafe's, tour company's etc. I travel regularly and don't usually bother to write review's but I felt the need to tell anyone who is thinking about this...

Clean rooms , friendly staff, good atmosphere. The hotel is located in district one but the room was surprisingly quite. Breakfast was pretty good for a low budget hotel, u could choose from different menu items and of course the tea and the coffee. Also everyday 2 complementary water bottles the hotel was providing to his guests. I know it...
