We were very happy with this hotel initially. It is in the centre of the backpacker area and within close proximity to almost all city attractions. It is clean, tidy and good value for money. The breakfast is basic, but once again for the price it is adequate. Unfortunately what let this hotel down was the staff. They were very...

I stayed one night and got up early to go to the airport. I didn't have the breakfast so can't speak on that. People were nice and helpful and the room was one of the best I've had in SE Asia. Its very central but down a very nice and quiet alley. The alley had lots of charm with small...

As the the title says, if you like the sound of chickens at 5am, this is the place to stay. Like staying on a farm. Not the hotels fault, but it is annoying when you've got a chicken keeping you up at a silly time in the morning. Otherwise good location.

The hotel is situated very near to the centre, so ok. The price is ok. Breakfast is served on a beautiful rooftop terrace so ok. But ........ shower is just a sprinkler between the toilet and the washbasin so if you have a shower everything is flooded. And then the reception lady ...... check-in is at 02.00 pm, we arrived...

A little tricky to find, as it's down an alley, and looks a bit dodgy from the outside. Single room is small, but tidy, good wifi and free breakfast make this a value stay. Nothing to wow you, but a good budget hotel. Beware, there is no elevator.

Stayed here for three nights before travelling to Hanoi. It's perfect location and the staff are really helpful with helping you book trips for a good price! Situated in the Backpackers district where there are lots of cheap restaurants and bars. 5 mins walk away from the market and street food market.

We were 4 people staying for couple of nights in the hotel. Convenient place though the rooms were tiny. There was no electricity and water in the morning, but no discount was offered...the staff even tried to trick us, as we were offered to pay 10$ each to get a ride to the bus station. Next morning we took a...

We didn't have a window and there were no alternatives to swap to. We were offered the next day but as we were only staying two nights it seemed a lot of hassle so kept the same room: We were downstairs leading onto the lobby so it made for a very bad night's sleep as every time someone rang the...

Rooms are not bad, just one morning there was no water and electricity. Breakfast are very poor. But the worst part was a reception. We asked to help us with bus tickets to go to Can Tho, the lady said that they can arrange tickets 10$ each and the bus will take us to the bus station and we will...

Booked from trip advisor after good reviews, first mistake was making sure the room has windows! Ours didn't. The lady at reception was really nice and switched us to a room with a balcony for a small upgrade fee. We were very thankful for that until we entered the room. It smelled very bad, musty and sewage smell. The bed...
