Only booked here because I wanted to experience the pods. Not very friendly staff, stuffed up our taxi arrangements from the airport saying it was free, and the morning of we received an email saying it was not anymore and completely cancelled it? Pods aren't very comfortable, bathroom is spacious however. Photos aren't as they seem. Wouldn't return.

Hongkong Kaiteki Hotel is a convenient little place for backpackers or short-stay visitors. The price is greatly affordable. Moreover, as far as I am aware of (correct me if I'm wrong), this is the only hotel so far in HCMC which provides capsule-style accommodation. Depending on your own preference, you may choose from several options: economy capsules, business capsules (either...

The cabins/capsules made it a bit more fun than usual hostels. Spend 4 nights at the business cabins. The prices are very affordable but the madras was so thin, the toilets were smelly and I got sick from the very cold aircon in the dorms. It was an okay experience, but nothing special.

Limited space but for the price you paid, it is enough. Staffs were friendly. We had some issues with the wifi but was sorted out quickly. Along bui vien street, walking distance to the bars and nightout drinking.

Why? Because it's affordable and comfortable. It's like the hotels in Tokyo, Japan. Even tough sleeping in a capsule, you still be able to enjoy full of facilities like LCD TV, Air Conditioner, Electric Plug plus you got your own privacy in share room, what a brilliant idea. The toilet also clean and staff especially the receptionist and cleaner very...

I stayed for a night in the Female Capsule. Location:- Good! Kaiteki was near to the Ben Thanh Market, about 10mins walk away. Arriving in HCM on a week day morning, the hotel was approx. 30-45mins away via Uber. I quite like the location, because it's near to many attractions too. Service:- Very helpful staffs! I'm so apologetic that I...

My partner and I had booked this hotel for 3 nights and only lasted 1 before we found another hotel. We booked a private room for 2 and were very disappointed. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall; there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The tipping point was when I took a shower and 2 minutes in, the water completely...
