I will recommend this hotel! The room environment is so good! This hotel near restaurants and near shopping centers! Breakfast is so good with nice view top of hotel! But the staff are not friendly at all!!!
Great location central to everything, but that's about it!
The first room we were given reaked of ciggarette smoke, the second didn't have clean sheets and the bathroom was terrible (photo attached) - no hot water and the photo speaks the rest!

We have stayed here a few times now and find the hotel to be pretty good. Breakfast is not bad, location is round the corner from the backpacker area and the staff are great. The staff were helpful and informative. The price is very competitive.
This hotel is in the main part of the city. Rooms are spacious but the beds are not that comfortable.
The lobby is very small and the 1st floor is not part of the hotel but a beauticians!

Yes the hotel does provide transport/transfer to and from the airport at a cost of $20USD each way. This is roughly 450,000VND or $30AUD. I would not rely solely on Internet contact. Give them a call (they speak English, just speak slowly) to ensure an airport transfer is arranged properly.
Catching a cab located immediately outside the entry doors of the airport would cost only 150000VND or $9AUD or $6.50USD. I would recommend this option instead. This way is one third the price for the exact same service. All the hotel does is use a dedicated taxi service that specialises in airport transfer. Same same
You'll hear horror stories of cabbies ripping people off but I used taxis over 50 times in my 12 day stay and wasn't ripped off once. Stick to VINASUN or MAILINH taxi companies and you'll be fine.
Hope this helps
