Not only that there is the openair night club "Beirut" in the courtyard next to the hotel so that you can listen to the Middle Eastern music all the time (as windows are as usual not noise reducing), there is also a major construction going on where they build a new building around the hotel ALL night long.

The hotel is clean, well priced and in a great location. Staff are friendly. It all fell apart around 9pm when music from a neighboring club vibrated through the walls until 1am each night. If you can sleep through that, then this place is a gem.

I'm staying in Saigon for a week, so I booked this hotel for my last day as it was cheap (a little above 50sgd) so not that cheap. It's the worst hotel I have ever seen, the girl at the reception was rude, the wall in the room was not very nice look because the rain leaked in the window,... More

This hotel is located extremely well- right between the Hyatt and KFC and a number of other (Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian) restaurants. The room are nice and clean and since its a new hotel very spic and span. Its staff is very nice specifically the lady at the reception and will get you a taxi etc. very efficiently or arrange for... Looks a bit different in the pictures than in person. Central location close to the Opera House and Square, many markets and a short walk to the river. Rooms were marginal clean but not sparkling. The bathroom provided a bathtub and a shower but the mosquitos made easy access into our room everyday as the housekeeping always opened the bathroom... More

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, when I arrived and left Vietnam. The first visit was most pleasurable and they were very helpful. On my return I was very tired and was put in a room on the first floor, practically in the nightclub next door. Unfortunately they said they were full and would tell the club... More

Spent three nights here when visiting Hanoi. Great location just minutes from the main square. Excellent and attentive staff. Room was quite small, but well appointed. Good breakfast buffet. Would strongly recommend.

I advise a deluxe suite for anyone. A very spacious room with a big screen tv and own desktop computer. The double spa was perfect you can spend hours in it!!! Excellent staff and tasty brekky. A great way to relax and unwind after trekking the footpath of the hustle and bustle of Saigon
