Spending 2 days in this hotel, it was a perfect closing of our holiday in Vietnam. The staff were soooo friendly n helpful. Especially Mr. Johny Tan (pardon me if I didn't remember his name correctly...🙂) The room was nice, clean, spacious. The bed was sooo comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good, in a walking distance to city. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel came accross beyond our expection. We were a group of family and friends and booked 5 rooms. They upgraded our rooms to river view without us even requesting. The breakfast spread was elaborate but same on all the days. They can look at changing the options on the breakfast menu. The fruits were fresh and the cold pressed juice live counter was nice. The coffee at the cafe was nice. However very limited food option. Also the Italian restaurant was a bit aged and had lot of mosquitos in the evening. Also the Japanese and Chinese restaurants were closed on all the days during our stay. Hence for food option Lotte Legend Saion is not very good but the rooms are really nice and spacious. The king beds are huge and can easily fit in 2 adults and 2 young kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay of 7 nights here.

Very well maintained the hotel also features large public areas in particular restaurant, swimming pool, lobby and meeting rooms. F&B is of quality and the hotel also features a well known Chinese restaurant. There is a big ball room named Emerald which can accommodate 200 visitors. The pool side space is also superb for outdoor coctails. Good value for money.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited with excellent services at reasonable cost. The staff at this hotel were well educated and very friendly. My friend and I were greatly impressed by their kindness.
The day we arrived was my friend's birthday. I told them casually that it was my friend's birthday. The staffs didn't forget it and brought a nice bouquet into the room and sang a happy birthday song. In addition, they took pictures and even framed the photos for gifts. Me and my friend were very impressed.
The people who clean the room were also very friendly and they were very attentive to what we needed.
The buffet food was neat and very delicious. In particular, I would recommend you to make use of the VIP lounge. The swimming pool was very nice.
Thanks to all staffs, but especially Ms. Rosy, Ms. Soyi, Ms. Saya, Ms. Iris, Ms. Hghia, Mr. Minh, Ms. Ninla for their kindness.

We arrived at Lotte Legend on my daughter‘s Birthday, which was also New Years Eve. The Hotel staff did their utmost to make us feel comfortable and happy!! Especially Mrs Veronica&Mia were very helpful. They arranged for two rooms next to one another and delivered the most beautiful cake and flowers to my daughter‘s room as a Birthday surprise! All in all a really nice experience - we can highly recommend Lotte Legend for special occasions or just to enjoy Saigon friendliness and the great location!

Our first time in a Lotte hotel and have to say was very impressed. From the moment we arrived we were looked after with a warm welcome and great professionalism. The room we were in was large, clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is immaculate and its in a great location. The buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh and will suit all tastes and dietary needs. The pool area is really well maintained and a great place to cool down after a hot day in this great city. Will certainly stay here again when next in HCMC.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Saigon. It’s a haven of peace in the city. The decoration is classical without being ostentatious. The service is perfect, Front desk staff they always provide us outstanding services Ms. Van and her team Mia. Bella, Iris, Tanya, Nina, Candy and Mr. Johnny ... are very professional and thoughtful. The hotel spa’s manager - Ms. Rubu offered us special discount on massages. Ms. Tram therapist is so skillful, she has million dollar hands. We celebrated our birthday once at the Atrium restaurant and felt so impressive to the new face of the restaurant and foods . Mr. Quoc, Khanh and Phat brought us marvelous time.

Spent 1 week here on a business trip. I recall staying in this property almost 15 years ago when it was then known as the Legend Hotel. Lotte has done a great job with the upkeep and modernization. A warm welcome by the doorman led me to a spacious lobby. Check-in (and eventually checkout) was swift. I was on the 9th floor facing the main road and could not hear the traffic noise and car horns from the room. The rooms was spacious but dated (small LCD TV). No separate shower stall. WC was equipped with an electronic bidet. Beds were comfy, AC sufficiently cold. Wifi was patchy in the room. In the room were 2 complimentary cups of Instant Ramen which was a good change from the usual fruit basket. Large spread at breakfast which served fresh mangos (there were in season). Had dinner at the famous Crystal Jade Cantonese Restaurant (very authentic), and the seafood buffet at the main restaurant downstairs. The latter was disappointing - tasteless oysters and prawns. There was also an onsite Italian and Japanese restaurant - they offered discount to guests but I did not try. The hotel has a secret back gate that leads to Le Tanh Ton Street. The short cut shaves 10 mins off the walk time. Easy to catch taxis and Grab cars. Will return.

The hotel is still a 5 star hotel, but I expected the actual room to be nicer. The thermostat for example looks 20+ years old.
The staff is multilingual and very courteous and quick. No problems there.
Food prices, such as the buffet is way too high. I think the only people who eat there are afraid to eat outside.
The location is fine, but in a busy area. Your street IQ will increase ten fold by walking the busy streets of mopeds, motorcycles and fast moving cars. A lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

This hotel is so well positioned, overlooking the Saigon River. It is sound proof, the rooms are beautiful, luxurious with all and everything you need. The room and laundry services were excellent and the restaurant with its variety of international and local foods are exquisite. The staff are super professional, friendly, speaks English well and so helpful. The hotel is walking distance to all the nice shopping areas and the shuttle service goes to all the sightseeing points, shopping areas, etc and collects you as well. I would really recommend this fantastic hotel with its lovely swimming pool to anyone.
