Pleasant place to stay. Located in the business sector of the city, in district one. There are plenty of small eateries by walking distant. ( less than 200 meter). Was having dinner in a small japanese restaurant, called hikari, nice food, and people. Price is reasonable. Freshly prepared. Highly recommended is the seaweed salad, and their grill fish,i believe is...

We were told by the travel agency who booked us that this was a 4 star hotel. I dont think so. More okay for three stars. Hotel was in a good central location walkable to shopping centers and restaurants. We were fortunate that a friend took us around who knew the way. Our first room we went to was smoked...

We were on a 10 days/11 nights tour of Vietnam so we didnt choose this hotel. We were suppose to be on a tour that specified that we will be staying in 4 stars hotels, the Palace Hotel Saigon is definitely not one of them. It is the worst of the hotels we stay on this tour - 4 others...

we stayed here for two nights. rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely view. food was okay, not fantastic but decent (the hotel is so close to so many good places anyway, it's only breakfast to worry about). service was good too. a reasonable 3-3.5 star property.

I was scared by some reviews here, but still wanted to try this hotel out. Actually it isnt that bad. I asked for a room upgrade (from standard without view to deluxe with a view, willing to pay for the upgrade) and got it - for free. The staff at reception was very kind, but it feels a bit slow....

I've traveled to HCMC for business meeting but decided to stay over for a weekend at Palace Hotel. The hotel is very close to main attractions and landmarks, mostly within 10 min walking distance. Stuff is friendly and helpful, rooms are convenient (I was staying on 12 floor) and WiFi was working fine. Rooftop swimming pool is a nice addition....

Average hotel with good staff. Rooms are small but clean. WIFI was spotty at best. Food was good and reasonable price. All in all an average hotel, bland but in a great location. The location was great for Têt.

$115 USD per night but worth about half that, despite its central location. The room had a bad smell, the mattress was very old and clearly needed to be replaced, there was no hot water in the bathroom and the room service food was very bad. Would not got there again. Definitely do not recommend.
