You can connect your music to the Bluetooth Bose speaker with just a snap Fast wifi and stable internet connection that my husband has no problem zooming with his Paris office at anytime. This place is not cheap by Saigon standards, but is a bargain by Western standards. A Suite like theirs in the US could easily run into the thousands of dollars in some areas. You might be tempted to stay somewhere cheaper, but the place is convenient, has every amenity you will need, and is beautifully designed. The breakfast is excellent.
Unlike some other hotels in Saigon that claim to be luxury hotels, this feels like a luxury hotel. I have also stayed at a similarly priced hotel run by a major Japanese chain, but it didn't measure up to this or to the standards of that chain's hotels in Japan. So don't merely go by the general reputation of a chain. Look at the specific hotels.
Saigon will be hot. There's no getting around it. You will appreciate having a place where you can shower when you want and then toss your laundry into a washer/dryer rather than packing 2-3 sets of clothing for each day of your trip. Even if you don't use many of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, it's worth having a nice place to come back to each day.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Saigon – Absolute Recommendation
I had the pleasure of spending several days at this beautiful hotel, and I can highly recommend it. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Saigon Center, ideal for anyone looking to explore vibrant District 1. Shopping is nearby, and the famous old market Cho Ben Thanh is just a short walk away – perfect for buying souvenirs and enjoying the flair of the old town.
The in-house restaurant impressed us with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Great emphasis is placed on quality, and it has inspired us every day. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful – always friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
A highlight is definitely the breathtaking view from the upper floors of the hotel. Especially the infinity pool inspired us – here you practically swim above the city! A small improvement would be an umbrella by the pool if you are looking for some shade. But in the water it was wonderfully refreshing.
Another big plus is the room service. The work is very thorough, and even after several days of stay, the room stays spotlessly clean – even the smallest dust is removed. This makes the stay especially pleasant.
This hotel is also ideal for families and offers an all-round successful stay. I can only recommend it and look forward to my next visit!

Hi Folks, I was recently back to Asia and set down at the Sedona Suites for 3 days. From my early arrival in the morning till a red eye departure onwards, I can say that everything went extremely smooth, if not even better that I was expecting. Besides the perfect location in the very center of HCMC, a very roooomy "1 bedroom" appartment, I want at last to stress and thank the main players in this house: From the street entrance, up to the lobby at the 28th floor up to the rooms way higher (mine was on the 41st) all were reading on your lips and even anticipating any needs you may have. It was also great to see the GM in person to greet me and exchange several times during my stay. It is, frankly speaking, quite a schock to experience it, as the same is hardly happening in good old Europe. But well, what is better than paying a fair price for such a great stay and long lasting remendering... I only enjoyed the breakfast, a la carte included, although they have Michelin references dinner or lunch restaurants. No need to say that western and asian food was super yummy and fresh. You are absolutely correct, our all-day dining restaurant, Sky28, whilst offering great views of the dramatic Saigon River and the expanding metropolis needs some work. We have recently hired a new manager to look after our Food and Beverage offers as well as to further enhance our service standards be it for onsite or in-suite dining. We have put in the inventory new towels and have weeded out the ones that you might describe as used. An overall plan is in place to review our bathroom amenities including more sustainable (and safe) amenity dispensers. What an absolutely amazing & beautiful hotel! The location was super central to all the main attractions, large shopping centres and great restaurants. Our family (toddler and baby) stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for us as it was spacious, clean, modern and the best part was having a kitchen where we can cook for our baby and sterilise his bottles and do the washing in the laundry/dryer machine!
The staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly!
Only small downside was that the breakfast buffet had a very small selection and didn’t change at all. However, the hotel is connected to Saigon Centre which is a big shopping mall which had so many great restaurants to eat from.
Can’t wait to come back and stay at Sedona Suites again, we miss the hotel already!

Quy's dedication and attentive service truly made my stay memorable. Notably, he recognized my preference for a strong coffee during breakfast, specifically a brew with at least 3 shots. 5 of us booked 4 nights 3 bed suites ,including breakfast, here as was recommended by friends. I find this hotel very central as we were able to visit all our itineraries,food & souvenirs without long travel. I like best everyday was breakfast at 28th floor. The menu food served was 5 stars standard. Mr. Quy, the restaurant manager , was always at our service. I can't wait to visit soon.

The booking staff was very unaccommodating when we tried to modify a booking for my wife and her friend, not allowing 2 kids (both under 11 years) to stay in the same room with two adults and a couple of babies under 2 years old. Instead, the staff suggested to book two different rooms, which defeats the purpose of two old friends that haven’t seen each other in years and want to stay together to catch up and talk all night long. When asked about the child policies, what they said was very different than what was communicated in the automated email after the original booking. It seems like they want to charge more than what was stated in the booking email. I would suggest the hotel to change the child policies in the automated booking email to maintain consistency. In addition, the booking staff kept trying to upsell and insisting us to book a 2-bdr apartment when we have said that it would be unnecessary, as they didn’t need that much space. 2 studio rooms adjacent to each other would be more fitting, but they kept trying to upsell us. If you and your friends, with a few small kids, would like to stay together and catchup for the lost time, I do not recommend this place.

Dear toitoto Thank you for sharing your feedback here. Allow me to apologize on behalf of the team for the unpleasant experience you had with Reservations when you made a booking recently. I would have felt the same way had it happened to me. It is always disappointing when people do not seem to listen to you and insist on doing it their way. In hindsight, the team should have introduced a slightly bigger room (I reckon a one-bedroom suite would have been perfect). This room would have provided your spouse and her friends, with the right amount of space and a comfortable bedroom that suits well with their plan of catching up late into the night. Anyhow, there are always lessons to be learned, and this is one of them. My apologies once again for the inconvenience this has caused you. I assure you that there is no better accommodation for families than our suites and apartments. The majority of our long-term guests are families and I am confident that we have been serving their requirements well. The property being a city hotel doesn't have extensive kids' facilities, but it has the basics, and most of them are located on Level 6. 1.) The Games Room, the outdoor kids' play area (a shallow area for kids in the pool), and the elevated garden at Level 6 where they can play in the morning or afternoon.
The hotel also sits on top of one of Saigon's biggest malls, so there are several areas that are kid-friendly and lots of restaurants that cater to families.
The hotel caters to a lot of long-stay guests and most of them are young expatriates with families and they seem to be settling well.

There are three individual bedrooms (1 master + 2 guestrooms). The living and dining areas are in a separate space. This room has a total floor area of 125 sqm.
