Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Clean. Sophisticated. Reasonable.
Located in Japan Town Saigon.
Japanese technology, Scandinavian aesthetics.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯
I booked for a week with a different hostel only to find out when I arrived that apparently it was cancelled and I have no idea why.
So at 3am, I'm scrolling Agoda for a place to stay.
This branch allows 24-hours check-in and has available room at that time. So thankful they took me in even though the night attendant pointed out that my passport and Agoda account didn't match. I excluded my second name when I created my Agoda account. So I had to show him my account in my phone and the notifications I received for the booking. Thanks GrandmaLu! ❤️

The staff here are really cute and enthusiastic 😍. I've come here many times and met many different staff members. They are all good, they always greet me with a smile and enthusiastically advise me. The food here is quite delicious🙄, I really like the vegetarian bread, and there is also a very interesting event to receive recycled gifts.

We had salt coffee and ice vietnamese coffee, both taste fantastic.
I order grand ma banh mi, very crunchy with lots of meat, i just wish they put more vegetables.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable cafe with good wi-fi, easy to find but not noisy, perfect place if you need to check your email 😁

Hotel check in is strictly at 2pm, they do not allow early check in. There are Japanese style toilets and the hotel is in Japan Town Saigon. I would say the outer facade is quite nice and also the dining area as the food is cooked using wood fired oven. However, there is only one charging point in the room which is not nearly enough. There is also no television in the room. The temperature of the hotel is centrally controlled which is just right.

The bread is delicious, crispy and especially baked directly in the brick oven, which is quite interesting and strange 🥖🥖🥖friendly and very enthusiastic staff. The shop has a cool, air-conditioned seating space and is located right in the center so it's convenient to go to many places. It's worth a try, everyone

I have two regrets in my life. The first is that I didn't know such delicious banh mi existed. The second is that after eating the banh mi here, I can no longer be satisfied with normal banh mi. I am happy to have eaten the banh mi here. If I were asked what I would like to eat before I die, I would definitely choose the banh mi here. I am grateful to God for guiding me to the banh mi here. I am happy to be alive. Japanese people should definitely come here.

Grandma Lu Bread is a unique and enjoyable culinary experience. With its traditional flavor and sophistication in preparation, this bread is not only a delicious dish but also a journey through time and culture. The crispy crust combined with the delicious and rich filling creates a wonderful combination. Grandma Lu not only focuses on the quality of ingredients but also puts enthusiasm into the processing process to create bread with a unique flavor, satisfying even the most demanding diners.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was a comfortable stay in a good location.
I want to stay here again.
The toilet and bathroom are clean.
The air conditioner works well and is comfortable.
The rooms are clean, but it would be nice to turn on a small light.!!!!!

The night staff are very nice. You can talk to them casually.
The bread at the banh mi shop on the first floor is very delicious.
It's a good idea to bring your own towels, shampoo, and soap. The hot water isn't stable, but it's okay.
The room is small, but it's fine if you're just staying overnight. The casual atmosphere is convenient. The store and the room are clean. The price was cheap, which was helpful. The futon was clean. I liked it. It's in a convenient location, so it's good. I'd like to use it again.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. If you have any problems, you can ask. The bread is very delicious and fragrant, worth trying. Beautifully decorated in typical Vietnamese style.
The bedroom for one person, although a bit small, is very comfortable. There are toilets on each floor, shared but clean.
In general, it is suitable for the price!
