Fusion Original Saigon Centre hotel is celebrated for its impressive amenities, including spacious and contemporary rooms nestled within the Saigon Centre, providing ease of access to shopping and dining options. The establishment's cleanliness receives high marks, with many guests describing the accommodations as immaculate.

Detailed Reviews
Excellent hotel with a nightclub type feel within a shopping centre in the middle of HCMC. At first I wasnt sure about staying in a shopping centre but once through the door, you wouldnt know you were in one. It actually proved quite useful as you have a range of stores and restaurants available to you. The rooms were well appointed and obviously modern with nice touches through an app where you could manage your services. Staff were friendly and extremely professional. I dont think there was a bar in the hotel, if there was I couldnt find one - though there are many options nearby anyway. The location was superb and the hotel also has a lounge with shower facilities where you cant stay after check out if you have a late night flight - very useful if you do. Getting to and from the hotel was a breeze as there is a dedicated drop off point for taxis right outside the door.

A hotel with a nice and interesting interior.
Very attentive service.
Good breakfast. Large selection of dishes that can be ordered from the menu (included in the price). NB! The portions of the dishes ordered from the menu are small. The selection of dishes is not very large, but everything we tried was delicious.
There was one beer and a couple of lemonades and water in the minibar and they were free.
There is a small kitchen in the corridor with a hot drinks machine and you can get free fruit from there in the morning and cookies in the evening.
Our room had a good view of the city. The windows have very good noise insulation, street noise was not heard in the room at all.
The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the access to it is through the mall, which slightly reduces the feeling of exclusivity, but for those interested in shopping, this can be a plus.
Very central location. Saigon Square Market is next door and Ben Thanh Market is a short walk away. The high-end shopping area and promenade of the city center are a 5-minute walk away.
The swimming pool is on the sixth-floor terrace and is shared between two hotels. There are very few sun loungers by the pool and you may not get a seat during peak hours.
We chose this hotel because we definitely wanted a hotel right in the city centre with a good pool and not a worn-out interior, and this seemed to best meet these criteria.
At first it seemed that we could have chosen a larger hotel to feel the life around us, but at the same time we really liked that the breakfast had a very nice and peaceful atmosphere without any hustle and bustle.
There were small problems in the room, but they were resolved very quickly
The air conditioner is right next to the bed and blows on. There are two bad choices, either turn off the air conditioner and suffer the heat or suffer the cool air blowing in your face.

We had a most pleasant stay in this superb hotel.
The location is ideal if you have a child because you can do everything on foot. A little extra for us ladies, it’s above a shopping mall, the dream.
Everything is perfect, starting with the friendly staff and impeccable service.
Regarding the room, the furniture is tasteful and the bedding is very comfortable.
On each floor, there is a “pantry” where snacks and hot drinks are available.
The breakfast is qualitative, and compared to the beautiful Parisian hotels, it has nothing to envy! Special mention for the pastries!
Finally, I was able to benefit from a one-hour facial treatment in their Guerlain suite located on the 15th floor, next to the “Nest”. What a bubble of tranquility!
Hoa was perfect, both in terms of welcome and explanation. As discreet as she was present, she made this moment one where we felt special.
Before going back to my room she offered to take Vietnamese chocolate for my little daughter (whom she hadn't seen) and it's these kinds of little details that make this hotel a great hotel.

The hotel itself is located inside Saigon Centre, which in my view is pretty much the best location in HCMC.
The hotel lobby boasts a very swanky, modern, and hip design, which is naturally an eye-pleaser. Likewise, the rooms are designed to look luxurious yet hip at the same time. I love that the minibar in the rooms are complimentary, and they have a nice little pantry for guests to enjoy coffee, infused water (which tasted great by the way), muffins, and some fruits. The housekeeping staff comes twice a day to tidy up the room, and check that the minibar is fully stocked. Great service.
Staff were very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Upon my arrival, I was checked in within 10 mins, and escorted all the way up to my room. Fantastic service.
Even though the hotel is priced slightly on the high side, but with the service and room comfort, it is definitely worth staying at. Stay again? Absolutely, no questions asked. I look forward to coming back again.

This hotel has a very "corporate" feel, good for business travellers, but not so much for tourists. Staff does not have advice for tourists on what to do in the city.
The receptionist says that Fusion's approach to sustainability is to become more environmentally friendly step by step. But: They still serve water in cans. They still exchange all used towels every day, because "some guests like it that way and don't want to leave their used towels on the floor to be exchanged". And the receptionists are clueless that it takes less than 30 minutes to get from the reception to the international terminal of SGN airport by public bus. They recommend guests to get a taxi / Grab ride, even though Saigon has a severe problem with traffic-jams.
I paid more than $100 per night here and that's not worth it.

We spent four nights in this lovely hotel. We enjoyed its central position and its amazing breakfast. Reading the reviews we had some doubts about a hotel located inside a shopping mall, but in the end it was very handful and once you stepped inside the lobby, you could forget immediately the mall. the room was very well designed with a huge and comfortable double bed, a silent an efficient air-conditioning system and a very big bathtub, which was quickly filled with water at the right temperature. We enjoyed a great view from the top floor on the city (the hotel has rooms from floor 16 to 23).
We can recommend it and would choose it again when back in Ho-Chi Minh City.

We booked this hotel based on the ratings on Booking.com.
I didn’t realise that it was on thtop of a shopping centre until after I booked it and I was not sure.
However, this proved to be a positive rather than a negative.
We booked our Taxis via Booking.com and I was impressed with the service via WhatsApp. As you approach the hotel you call the concierge and they guide the Taxi driver to the exact point of Pasteur Gate for the drop off where you are met bythe bell boys.
We we booked a two bedroom executive suite and it was spacious, modern ,comfortable and being on the 23rd floor was very quiet.
There was a little pantry on the floor where you can get coffee, tea fruits and every afternoon some cakes as well as water.
The people at reception were very helpful with their advice on where to go and what to eat. And nothing was too much trouble.
Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, absolutely.

First of all hotel is located literally inside the mall between two stores. Closers entrance is through the main doors that has a mini driveways for the mall. Base on reading other, review I had thought the ent stance was outside the mall, but that was not correct. All night time you can still enter the mall after closing time through the main entrance only.
Location: 15 minute walk to bui Vien, 2 minutes to walking street, and the market is about a five minute walk from the hotel. All other tourist attraction are very close as well
Laundry; hotel laundry is super expensive, I suggest going to bui Vien and doing it at a place called laundry funny for 130,000 for 8k worth of close compared to the hotel which charges between 50,000 and 125,000 per item.
Room: FREE pantry in the hallway for snacks and mini bar is free as well. Water pressure in the shower was good and so was the hot water. Toilet is America style and flush is strong. Room was very modern and clean which to issues.
Market: of you go to the market remember that they are going to charges you 5 times what the product is actually worth. Original price I bought something for was 750,000, in which I talked her down to 150,000, just to give you an idea.
Tours: the front desk can organize your tour for you and I decided to book through them. I didn’t a full day trip to the tunnels and Mekong delta and had a really good time. You can also do these things separate which would be half day tours but I decided to do it all in one day so I had extra days to explore.

Brand new hotel, perfect location in the Saigon centre shopping mall close to everything, they have been so helpful we had a change of plans and decided to extend our stay to 6 nights here and they included “the nest” which includes alcoholic, non alcoholic beverages finger food, showers and more so that was really great!
The facilities including pool, sauna gym all included in your room stay they even have a pillow menu and 24hr room service with anything you need food, travel essentials etc.
I was Lucky enough to be in Vietnam for “woman’s day” so I was treated with a complimentary 60 minute facial which was AMAZING! If I were to come back to Saigon I will be staying here! Thank you to the whole team at fusion :)

one of the great assets of this exceptional hotel lies in the fact that the rooms are completely different from what we are used to seeing in other establishments. The decoration is excellent and original throughout the establishment. The welcome from the staff is exceptional with a special mention for Mr. Tran who, during check-in, allowed me with all his kindness to benefit from various advantages for this stay. The location of this hotel in a good quality shopping center is also a very big advantage, especially during this rainy period. There are a plethora of diverse restaurants. I spent seven days in this hotel and I recommend it to anyone going to HCIM. Everything was perfect. If I had to make one remark, it would be to note the absence of an iron and bathroom scales, which are usually found in a five-star hotel. But these are just details.
