Hueyen at the front desk is the best part of this hostel. She provided a lot of help for touring around HCMC and gave a lot of information on visiting Vietnam as a whole. I stayed in a six bed mixed dorm which had its own bathroom and hot water in a more western style shower( more than just a...

Great hotel more of a hostel which was great for us! We had a room at the front and it is quite noisy from the street. Good sized room cheap and staff were very nice and friendly. No breakfast during our stay but was deducted from the price. Great backpackers location!

It is location wise, the room is nice, bathroom clean. We only stayed here for 2 nights, great thing is that the breakfast was good. they cook eggs perfectly. Sadly, our A/C was leaking and it somehow affect our stay, our bed got a little bit wet. we asked if we can change room but they said it impossible. having...

Originally booked the Misu House home stay, got redirected here due to overbooking, so it wasn't what l had chosen. Nonetheless, it's perfectly placed in the centre of town, close to everything. The room was windowless and stank a little of fungus. Some of electric sockets didn't work, the tv reception was awful and the bed could use a blanket,...

I don't understand why this place has got bad reviews. We stayed here three nights (myself and boyfriend) and it was fine. No it isn't the ritz so if you're looking for something posh and luxury this isn't the place for you, however if you're travelling in a pair and want cheap accommodation then this place is ideal. It worked...

For $21 AUD a night this place is a bit of a rip off. You can find much nicer places for the same price. But if it's only one night you'll survive. What I liked: Easy to find, walking distance for the bus station (about 5mins) it's in the backpacker area, so there is a lot of restaurants, cafes and...

i was there with my girlfriend for 2 nights, should have just booked for one night.. well we got the cheapest possible rooms, we still had much nicer stays in VN for half the prize and yes I realise that hcmc accommodations are more expensive for some reason. the room didn't have windows and the bathroom was full of mold....

At first I got upgraded to a room with a view, as I wanted to stay longer I got a room with no window then finally got a dorm bed. Good location for the park and the downtown bars etc. Breakfast was a nice baguette and omelette, but only served 7-9am so not that many people made it!! lol There...

We started our trip through Vietnam here and stayed 2 nights, we didn't have a reference point of the quality of the hotels yet but it wasn't great (we have now been to more places and can definitely say this now - price/quality ratio is not really accurate either in comparison to other places). Very hard bed, super noisy and...
