This is probably the worst hotel in Vietnam and they steal from your room, they are very hostile and aggressive, and use threats and intimidation to charge twice as much as they originally said. They never clean the room and when you ask they say they have cleaned it
The hotel rooms are ok but the toilets smell weird. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and will even provide help with your other tours but it's safer to buy your own tickets. A little bit pricey than the other hotels nearby.

Really good location from one hand you are in the centr point but from the other side in calm place. It is not typical for Saigon. Rather old with problem hot water. With elevator. Offered breakfast but not cheap. You can find better around.
We booked this through Agoda.com and paid £8 per night. We stopped 2 nights here. I've been to Ho Chi Minh a few times and I usually stay in District 1 near to Bui Vien St, this place is 20 seconds walk from there. Hundreds of bars, restaurants and travel agents are nearby.…
"elevator in the hotel"
"The lift only goes to the 6th floor so the 7th requires a flight of stairs (and a low ceiling)"
"look else where there are a lot of better hotels guest house with in a minutes walk"
"Many buildings in Vietnam have windowless rooms - with corridors on the outside of the building... this was before aircon and kept the rooms cooler.... if you want an outside window, just ask for one, they will be happy to help."
"Best tip for a good room is .... Don't stay here !!"
