Very poor! I traveled to HCMC for business on Apr. This is the first time to stay here as company’s request. - Room: The square of room is ok for me (20 m2 i think). The ceiling is quite short (Asian people is more suitable for this room). Its not clean, please see my photos, the floor was dirty. Everyday i called to receptionists to report that my towers were lacked, they needed to fill up immediately. No hot water for showering. I also complained to receptionists but they didnt have any actions. The TV had problems when i was in the first staying day in this hotel. The hair dryer and iron also had problems but they said they didnt have any backups haha. Very worse. The AC was good. -Breakfast: Very bad. 2 kinds of soup which are very cold. I only choose one of some food in very poor set menu. -Service: Not good. No one smiled. The waiter didnt take care guests, even he didnt know who just came to restaurant to show the set menu for breakfast. The reception was cold but I high appreciated a receptionist who helped me to receive the goods shipping to hotel. -Location: Very far from the center (45 mins to District 1). In general, i dont want to comeback this hotel next time.

We needed to be in District 7 as we were combining work and leisure on this trip to HCMC. We found this a good value for our money. The hotel is centrally located but not on a a super-busy road. We were treated to the 'penthouse' suite and couldn't have been happier. The bed provided a divine rest, everything in this quaint, older hotel worked and the staff was wonderful - sweet, organized, helpful and professional. When we needed a taxi, it was ordered and arrived every time in less than 3 minutes. Breakfast was adequate; we just needed eggs, baguette, fruit and strong coffee. This being the 'hot' season, we took advantage of our massive balcony after sundown and treated ourselves to a feast of french bread, cheese, sushi, and Chilean wine several nights. We are planning to stay here on our next trip in a few months.

The room we were staying in in this hotel was on the second floor. The room itself was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. AC worked fine although was set at a temperature that wasn't too cool. Bathroom clean and acceptable. The main problem we had was the noise. Two nights in a row we were woken up by inconsiderate Korean tourists at 1 or 2 AM in the morning. This wasn't just one noise. It was a series of slamming doors and shouting over the course of an hour. One group of Korean men appeared to bring callgirls back. Another group was a family. The latter thought it was a good idea to shout at their kids at 6-7AM in the morning too. Where does the fault lie with the hotel? The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, and the smallest of sounds were leaking through the doors and walls. We told the member of staff downstairs and he called the room number but the noises continued. The next morning another staff member said that the guests were checking out but it was a bit too late by then. The service was underwhelming. The greeting was lukewarm and we didn't feel like the staff were particularly helpful or welcoming. I ended up checking out two nights before we were due to leave and were refused a refund because it was a 'promotional' offer. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience. Consider the location carefully here. It is in District 7 so out of the way a bit. You can get the bus 34 or 102 to District 1.

The hotel is in an ex-pat area of District 7. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is good. Wifi was fast enough to be usable. Staff had good english and very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and it was not too noisy, so sleeping was good.
