the hotel was very nice and clean. we were impressed with the rooms which were spacious and quiet. the hotel allowed us to pay for an extra few hours in the hotel (about £25) so that we didn't have to wander around the city for 10 hours with our luggage before heading to the airport. there was always a man... well it was the first time I was in HCMC...it was so depressive, windows are locked, nothing to eat if you are not familiar with VN cousine. it's cheap if you compare to other hotels, but if cost really matter I do believe that it is better to book a hotel in some backpakers street, pay less and have a... Funny staff. They were staring at us all the times as if we invaded their country from the outer space. Room is however clean. Hotel staff were not friendly and they were very shy while trying to make contact with them because of their poor communication in English. Brighter side was that the exchange rate.... !!!!

Sadly, this was the accommodation provided by Vietnam Airlines on our overnight flight from Melbourne to Paris. A cold room, with no hot water or tea/coffee available. What was on the menu in the 'restaurant' was suddenly not available and what was available was inedible. The restaurant opened at 7am for breakfast - well after our departure time to the airport.... More

Wasn't too bad. Rooms were ok, service was ok. Nothing special, but nothing exceptional. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere when walking out of the hotel. massage upstairs on the top floor was actually the best part about the stay, despite being overpriced compared to everywhere else in Vietnam

There was nothing that I liked about my stay here at all. The booking looked like it included an airport transfer but apparently that was only a quote, not a booking, even though my room booking was a booking, not only a quote (an argument I tried to test when I asked to check out early). I selected this hotel... More

We were put up in this hotel by Vietnam Airlines for an overnight transit flight from Sydney to Paris. I was hoping they'd put us up in the same one as last year whose name I forgot but which was brand new and positively luxurious, near the airport. This time, however, we ended up in this old and crummy ancient... More

I wish I could give less than one star. This is a back woods POS hotel that treats every female gest like a local hooker... even if they ARE FAMILY. Bed is hard food sucks people suck. After 20 days in this country this is my far the worst one place I have stayed. This place needs lots of gas... More

Hotel is dated, smelly, definitely not 4 stars. That is false advertisement. The staff is a real disappointment although I already had low expectation from reading the reviews. I booked this room for my father, 82 years old, and sister because the location is convenient for them. I told them that the room was paid because in the past Agoda... More
