Concerned over street noise that i experienced at other hotels, I reserved a room in the back of the hotel with no window. I think the number is 312. It shared a wall with a storage room so it's very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The phở soup in the ground floor restaurant is tasty. I would recommend...

Have stayed at Bon Sen hotel before, but this time the best....We had a room on the 5th floor, which had a balcony, looking down on Dong Khoi street, the room was great, The cleaning staff were very efficient, they don't get many thank you's. Breakfast catered for everyone, yummy...the staff are happy and smiling, a smile for a smile...!...

I preferred the cleaner location of this hotel away from crowded Ben Thanh areas, service was.not that great, had to request for our rooms to be cleaned repeatedly, but would probably stay again. It is close to a mosque and several Halal restaurants.

Have been in Ho Chi Minh many times and love to stay in this hotel. The staff have always looked after me, and always smiling. So they enjoy their jobs. The buffet is always busy so book ahead and if you like seafood it is great. And their coffee shop downstairs I use regularly as the girls are so pleasant...

Stayed 3 nights during tet festival. Both rooms, family deluxe and superior were okay. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is close to all tourist interests. This hotel is great for family.

HP and I stayed here on the Ho CHi Minh City leg of our tour. It is a super nice hotel with great staff and a very central location. We stayed there during get holidays so we got to walk to the "flower street" which was right next door! Be careful on the rickety treadmill in the gym though!

The location is very convenient if you want to walk around District 1. It is on a busy one-way street in a busy junction, so all through the day and night, there is endless traffic and bustle. If you are looking for a good night's rest good luck with that!! The best rooms have windows that give you some light...

We arrived at 10pm on Friday night after working all day, and travelling for five hours. The two reception people, who I can only describe as dumb and dumber couldn't find our booking, and decided to ignore the fact that we had booked and paid for our rooms. We showed them the confirmed booking from our smart phone, but they...

Incredible location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh's main tourist area. Clean rooms and very help and professional staff. The hotel can help you book local tours (e.g. Cu Chi Tunnels) and transportation.
