Many stairs when your room is on the 5th floor. The bed was rock hard and the room was the lowest quality of all the rooms that we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. The worst thing is that someone came into our locked room just as we were going to sleep. We checked out and went to the...

The rooms were not clean with pubes in the sinks and hairs on the floor. Beds were rock hard and very uncomfy and the air con did not work properly at all and was very hot. There were a lot of stairs to climb as with all these guest houses. Owner was friendly enough but they use the reception area...

We arrived in Ho Chi Minh and did not like our original place that we booked via AirBnB and came upon this cute guesthouse, very friendly and helpful with all our request. Great value for money, and close walk to many areas such as the markets. The coffee served on the front was great! Thanks :)

Found the hotel to be clean and wifi aircon shower worked fine for us. Could do with a chair in the room though, just a bed fridge and tv in ours. Also internet PC on ground if you need it (charge for printing)

Rooms were just ok; you get a fair bit less than what you pay for and the Wifi is non-existent; they give you about 3 different wifi codes for different hotels and literally none of them worked in the room we were in. The shower pressure was basically just a dribble, it took my girlfriend about 20 minutes to wash...

Hi Elliott, As I mentioned with your partner Samantha, we wish you would have brought up these issues while you stayed with us. It's a growing pain that I hoped you learned in your travels. People don't know what they don't know. Thus, we can't serve you if we don't know what is wrong. Regarding the Wifi, if you're in...

When my partner and I arrived to Thanh Thuong guesthouse, we arrived at a narrow doorway, where my bag strap must've very very gently knocked something on the coffee stand at the front of the hotel. The whole shelf with GLASS BOTTLES full of coffee crashed onto the floor causing a massive mess. I didn't even notice my bag hit...

Hi Samantha, We are sorry you felt the experience with us was such an unpleasant one - so much so that both you and your partner had to go out of your way to write a poor review for us. We understand your frustration, and are sorry that it brought you emotional street. You have to know that the coffee...

Came back Saigon with a bunch of friends. It was a spontaneous visit, so we did not book for the accommodation. The room is clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly and even recommended some other places to get a cheaper deal for coffee powder and perfume. A worth stay indeed.

Had planned to stay in the hostel next door but it was too pricey. Luckily we found this one! A triple private room for $6 each per night; our standards aren't particularly high (3 teenage backpackers) but this place was great! Spacious, cleaned daily and fresh towels, excellent location and friendly staff. Only criticisms were the lack of lift (we...

Great location. Located on one of numerous side alleys (like most accommodation) in the centre of district 1 within 15-20 minutes walking distance of many main attractions. Really friendly staff who arranged tours and transport for us. Basic room with warm shower, air con, satellite tv, comfy bed and clean. I'd stay here again.

Price was $ 5 USD in the shared dorm which is a decent price. Though it doesn't includes breakfast, it's in a 8 beds dorm and only 1 bathroom and toilet for all the dorm. There was no AC and the fan was terribly noisy. Many ants were on these old walls. No public place for you to enjoy. Location...

Cost should be 5000 and per person plus 5000 and per large luggage. Quick smooth trip to backpacker area. Should driver where you want to go and he will tell you the best stop.”
