Well appointed rooms, gym and pool area. Beautiful lobby area. Check in staff are attentive. Rooms are cleaned well, the turndown service is a nice touch. I am not sure how the gym and pool would survive if the hotel was fully open - neither are large. In fact, I would say that they are very small for a hotel of this size. I write this to review the restaurant more than anything else. Breakfast is quite a stressful experience. Service is very slow, even at reduced capacity. Staff seem to work hard at not seeing you in order to avoid work. There is essentially just no hussle from service staff. Orders are often incomplete. Many items are delivered without fulfilling the menu's description. Many ingredients are missing. Please do order the cheese 'platter', it is quite an amusing experience. Platter could not be used to describe a side plate with 3 small pieces of cheese and a few raisins at any other establishment for the sake of shame. Again, not how it is described on the menu. At a 5 star hotel I do not think someone should expect to have to return eggs undercooked. Sadly, I did have to do this here. Both with an omelette and poached eggs. I also tried a waffle and could not eat it. It was stale beyond being edible. Coffee was often served cold, when you could actually get one. Perhaps this could be easily avoided by setting up a tea/coffee station and alleviating service for staff. Maybe breakfast service could be sped up by asking one of the workers from front of house to help out during busy periods (anyone can collect plates and deliver food) . These are simple fixes that management of a 5 star should implement almost without thought. I would perhaps stay again, but I would not get any food, breakfast or dinner. For me, a 5 star hotel is only 5 star if it fulfills a certain level of service.

Thoroughly disappointed with some features of this hotel. Breakfast service was abismal. Staff were incredibly slow. One server was happier to sit down and talk to a client than serve. Service with a smile from this staff member was a little too difficult - she banged plates and cups down in what seemed to be frustration at having to serve, not chat. Rather than a relaxed breakfast it was very difficult, orders forgotten, slow and incorrect. Lots of items on the menu are not available. We paid extra for breakfast and it was not worth it. A very nice hotel with some attentive staff, but breakfast needs a rethink. Five star experience it is not. The basics of a coffee with a saucer, tables being cleared and a properly cooked egg were too much. The chef was not capable of producing a pouched egg. We did not extend our stay here.

This is a gem of a hotel in the middle of HCM, stayed with a group of friends. Service at the front desk is impeccable, restaurant service very good. The piano in the lobby was expertly played - they should make this a regular occurrence. The pool isn’t huge but more than big enough and the spa is worth going to. I would highly recommend it for a staycay

We stayed here in February for 4 nights and loved this hotel. It's brand new and in a great location. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean. The free minibar is a great bonus! We had a great view and did not hear a sound from the street below. The rooftop pool and the fitness center are also great!
