I’ve had the pleasure to stay in Vinpearl Landmark 81 for a special occasion and I am thoroughly impressed by everyone in the hotel. Everyone truly went beyond my expectations to make myself and my wife feel extremely welcomed in this hotel. This is on top of the already impressive view, rooms, lounge, and facilities!
Firstly, we were feeling slightly under the weather and requested the lounge manager, Thomas, for some strepsils if they have some at hand. I was very pleasantly surprised when not only did they managed to get strepsils, I believe that they actually took the extra effort to purchase a box for us from a shop nearby! This is exceptional and I have never experienced such hospitality before in any of my other stays in any other properties!
Next, we also came back just a few minutes before the lounge closes for the night to get some refreshments back to the room. Hieu and Nghia not only prepared our beverages with a smile, but also allowed us to take a selection of assorted snacks back to the room to enjoy! In my other experiences in other properties, when a lounge is closing, guests are rushed out. But in this case, I was made very comfortable and not feel hurried at all. This is amazing hospitality!
In terms of “hardware” (rooms, facilities, lounge). The rooms are very clean and spacious, with I would say probably the best view in the entire country! As a couple, great views play a large role in our selection of properties, and we have stayed in many places with great views, but I can confidently say that this stands out way above any other places we have stayed in.
The rooms are also fully stocked with high quality amenities such as soap and towels. We also had a generous present courtesy of the hotel. The cleanliness is unmatched too. The lounge also serves breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and refreshments. It is the perfect place to get some work done, plan your next day’s activities, or even unwind.
All in all, this has been a perfect stay so far - I had high expectations before I arrived, expecting it to be up there with the best properties I have stayed at. Guess what, these expectations were well and truly blown away and this is by far the best stay I’ve had in the recent years.

This tall hotel has a excellent panorama river, city and sky viewing. We stay in 56 floor with river viewing room. The bath room come with a elegant big bath tub for soaking with bath salt provided. The pool, spa and gym is located at 47 floor. The pool water always chilly due to high location atmosphere if the pool players may like the chilly pool. The gym is well equipped with neccessary equipments for workout. The breakfast spread is well organized and accepted with local and international cuisine at 66 floor. There is a shopping mall adjacent. The hotel staffs are cordially welcome to guest and committed to guests needed. Overall, This hotel is recommended to stay in ho chi minh during short term holidays

Anyway, Kudos to your team Mr. Hien! Well done! Our stay was very relaxing and Landmark 81 never fails to satisfy us. We stayed at 62nd floor with Club pearl privileges. We enjoyed the cocktail drinks! The food that was served can be better if more food variety and serving were given at the Club Pearl lounge. The room was again spotless and we felt the luxury through its very stylish with high quality room fixtures and classy design. I believe they have the largest bath tub among all 5-star hotels in the city with an elegant look. We love the scent of the guest floor hallways including our room, smells fresh every time we enter. We will surely come back.

The Landmark 81 Vinpearl Luxury Hotel is as luxurious as it sounds. From the front lobby with its grand tall ceilings and modern marble/ gold finishes, you feel like royalty. All of the staff are well groomed and never miss an opportunity to greet you and get the elevator for you. The rooms and washrooms are luxe and clean and the view is amazing. (In comparison we stayed at the Airbnb residence side of Landmark 81 initially and cancelled due to a bug problem, but I’m very happy we moved into the hotel side because it is so worth it!) We were lucky to get the corner unit so we pretty much had views all around. The sunrise is beautiful and you can see across the river and the meticulously maintained vinhomes Central Park. The hotel has many amenities and restaurants and is also connected to the mall on the ground floor so you really have everything you need all in one place; food (western and Asian), shopping, gym, spa, pool etc. Outside of the hotel in walking distance are hair salons, nails, banks etc as well. If you wanted to go anywhere there are also always taxis conveniently waiting out front. I also wanted to give a special shout out to one of the hotel men who helped me find my sandals that I had left at the spa the previous day. He also called to follow up and made sure I picked them up from reception as well. Once I ordered food from Grab and he saw me making multiple trips up and down (I ordered from multiple vendors) he offered to pay for the food first and deliver the food to my room for me, (and I will then pay him back) in addition to helping me text the Grab driver (in Vietnamese) to notify him that he will be dropping off the food to the hotel staff instead of to me. I didn’t get a chance to get his name but thank you! All in all I would definitely recommend staying at VinPearl Landmark 81 when visiting Vietnam

We were in awe first walking into the hotel. The secluded reception on the 48th floor gave gorgeous views and picture worthy scenery. We had a corner room that was a bit smaller than the regular ones but half of the wall space was made up of windows looking out on Saigon. We drew the curtains and slept to the city lights. The housekeeping staff were amazing and came by with a cart of desserts and asked if we needed anything additional to make our stay feel very welcome. The bilingual skills of all of the staff and the emphasis on “do not hesitate to give us a call” took comfort to a whole other level. The food and service on the 66th floor was satisfactory in all of their dishes, from traditional Vietnamese cuisine to the more American foods. My favorite part of the entire experience was the technology used throughout the building. The personalized elevator system could only be accessed by card and did its best to prevent the usual crowded elevator car situation by designating card based on most efficient routes. Furthermore, the hotel room hub allowed for easy customization without the hassle of figuring out which switches did what. Overall, a wonderful experience and for sure an awaited return when we’re in town again.

Stayed in two Luxury Escapes packages - a 3 night and a 5 night stay. Met at the airport and transported to the hotel in a new luxury Mercedes, greeted at the door by at least 6 staff and take straight to our room where check-in was conducted. Our package included transfers, daily breakfasts, evening cocktails and canapes in the Pearl Club on the 71st floor, 3 pieces of laundry each per day, 15 minute neck and shoulder massage and daily refreshments in the Peal Lounge from 6am to 10pm. The hotel is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from the city centre, depending on traffic. It was only opened mid 2019 and is still in pristine condition. In the basement of the building is a shopping centre and ice rink. The staff in all areas were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. Service was fast and efficient and the SPA on the 47th level was beautiful. Special Thanks to Karen and Ritchie who looked after us and made us feel very at home. Would definitely stay at a Vinpearl hotel again.

Stellar hotel location with the most outstanding views of the city. With the club lounge pass you get free flow for 2 hours with canape from 5-7 pm, this is hard to beat. Great value for money. Also, the wagyu pho samples that come with the canape is the best in town. In addition to the lounge pass, you also get refreshments all day with a good selection of coffee and tea. Breakfast also had a decent spread as well.

I booked 7 rooms for my family, the rooms included a night dinner but it's a bad experience because the menu look like a tea break rather than a dinner. In addition, the service not like a five stars hotel because a table with 15 people but it seems that waiters don't care about us.
Moreover I ordered a birthday cake for my friend 2 days before and reconfirmed when I arrived at the hotel but at night I was waiting more than 30 min to got it.

I had celebrated my 22nd anniversary at Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81 last December. The suite room was spacious, with a magnificent view of the whole city. Also, the complimentary afternoon unlimited afternoon tea for guests of suite room was really good. My husband and I was so surprised that the hotel had prepared a little cake celebrating our anniversary along with a hand-written letter. The front office staffs were friendly and attentive, we felt welcomed throughout our stay here. Definitely a great location if you’ve ever visited HCMC or simply just want a relaxing vacation within the city. I will surely come back again after this pandemic is over 👍.

Vanpearl is an excellent hotel with brand new facilities and amenities. Rooms are in top condition with centralized control panel for all lightings and air conditioning system. Location is in good, upper class neighborhood but a bit far from the city center.
