Stayed here recently and were a bit disappointed about the level of noise. There doesn't seem to be any sound proofing on the windows so we could hear all the road noise and people milling around outside or from the club a couple of doors down. There was also a beeping from the elevator that goes every minute. And the...

We had planned to make a quick stop at this hotel and then go to the Mekong Delta. But my youngest daughter got stomach flue so we had to stay... This is when it begun: My oldest daughter and my wife left for the tour I stayed behind. With an eight year old puking in the toilet I went down...

Stayed for 3 nights pre tour and really enjoyed it. Clean room, good location, nice staff, good breakfast, great location. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Had a tour desk there which was good - we did a private full day Ho Chi Minh city tour which was excellent

I have never given a negative review before. But this hotel is awful! I stayed here with a small tour group for three nights. Each morning the food was empty no matter what time I had breakfast. All are rooms were loud. The safe in the room was locked and they couldn't open it. They said to leave my passport...

And the worst. We wouldn't choose to stay here. The rooms were ok although only film channels on the TV. the breakfast room was on the top floor but the lift was very slow. The breakfast room doubled up as a bar, we used it on our last night as a group so we made our own atmosphere and the...

Stayed here with our tour group. This hotel is a bit of a way from the shopping and entertainment areas of the city. It is very basic accommodation. My bed was on wheels and kept sliding around all night. The staff are not very friendly and spend more time talking to each other than taking care of the guests. I...

Room was spotlessly clean, clean linen however on the 1st day very threadbare, clean bath room. The shower was not well positioned for a 6'2" westerner! Washing hair was not easy, also hot water was a bit hit and miss. Lift was very slow, we nearly missed the bus due to it going up and down missing our floor! Breakfast...

There are lots of alternative hotels in the area that will be better value. The hallways reek of cigarettes, the breakfast was terrible, and the elevator is quite slow. The room is large and the A/C works well but the bathroom was terrible - the shower head is tied up with metal string and sprays water everywhere. We stayed with...

We stayed at the Family Inn Hotel for 3 nights during a recent trip to Vietnam. We would recommend this as a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) if you’re after somewhere comfortable and reasonably priced in District 1 ROOM • Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. • The décor and furnishings were simple but...

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. I usually travel to HCMC for 2-4 days business trips. Location is super convenient, very close to District 1, where everything is located. Room and amenities are basic /functional/no-frills. Breakfast is not terribly diverse but reasonably good with hot soup, eggs, fruits, etc. Staff is what kick this from a 4-star...
