This hotel was organised by intrepid tours. The room had alot of space and the breakfast was great. I definitely recommend this hotel as its value for money. Staff were also very friendly. This hotel is not far from the backpackers area which has a great night life.

We stayed here for 3 nights while traveling Vietnam and it would have to be the worst accommodation. Firstly, we had no windows in our room which we felt strange about but wasn't the deal breaker, it was probably the black hair scattered through our room and bed (my partner and I both have blonde hair), the blood stain on...

This was the fourth hotel on our Intrepid tour so we are comparing against some excellent hotels we have stayed in. Generally we liked this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, however, they got off on the wrong foot by allocating us a room on the 8th floor that was already occupied. This proved a little embarrassing as we...

The Queen Ann hotel is a small property. The room was tiny, but the bed was comfortable. Would be hard for 2 people to share a room with more than one bag. The street noise was loud with motorcycles constantly going. Wifi is Ok, the restaurant was average even for breakfast. It is clean and the staff were helpful in...

Part of a tour group staying here for two nights. One lift isn't the best for a place with so many floors. Nice reception area and most of the staff are friendly and helpful with questions. Rooms are an okay size, good shower. Noise level was okay to say we were in a city. Breakfast was poor compared to a...

The staff were unfriendly at all times. No good morning or hello ever. Didn't care about you or your issue. Some rooms were adjacent to private residences where they were partying into the night. Staff did not care. Smoking in rooms happens and they don't even try to get rid of the smoke smell. Definitely a don't stay here hotel!

The staff are English speaking and very polite & helpful. The room was OK. The food are limited and for muslims, the restaurant is Non Halal so just purchase your rooms without breakfast. It is around 1.5 km away from Ben Thanh market.

Stayed as part of a group tour likely would not seek it out to stay again. Breakfast wasn't great in comparison to other ones we had in Vietnam, and the elevator is the slowest in all of Asia. The rooms are quite small and I didn't find the staff overly helpful. Wasn't bad but I think there is probably better...
