Staying at the Sherwood Suites in Ho-Chi-Minh-City was one of the best hotel experience I've had for a long time. The location was excellent to explore the city, be it by taxi, the shuttle bus provided by the hotel or even by walk. We experienced an excellent and friendly service, so that no wishes remained open. The apartment was furnised with modern Italian furniture proving a wonderful taste. Never ever had such a good sleep in a hotel bed! Breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety for everybody's taste, even a steak with fried eggs was on the menu. Travelling around on a regular basis in Asia I can highly recommend this place, especially considering the moderate price for this wonderful apartment. There was nothing we missed, we even enjoyed the washing machine and the dryer. Last but not least you shouldn't miss to visit the Italian Restaurant belonging to Sherwood Residences around the corner, wonderful food!,

This was probably the best hotel we stayed at in our 2 weeks in Vietnam. I cannot think of a single thing that wasn’t exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The staff was over-the-top helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, they even removed the airport tags from our luggage which we had never experienced before. They also helped us locate a place to buy a duffel bag nearby once I explained what a duffel bag was. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious. The pool area is spectacular and included a very nice gym as well as wet and dry saunas. Our room was huge and literally had everything you could possibly need, including washer and dryer, desk area, flashlight, etc. Sherwood Suites knows what it’s doing with this property and I cannot recommend it more highly.

We stayed there for one night on our return back from Mui Ne. Previously we had spent 4 nights at it’s sister property the Sherwood Residence. These suites are impeccably maintained, very comfortable, large and come not only with a kitchen but a washer and dryer as well, so awesome when you are traveling. The staff arm so attentive and the building and lobby are absolutely stunning. Beds are comfortable- bit on the hard side but that is standard in Vietnam. Great neighborhood for strolling, and shopping - a huge Co-Op grocery store is practically across the street. Very close to downtown and all that is happening there. Do not hesitate to stay here. It’s a gem.

Both type of rooms have big refrigerator washing machine and dryer, stove, complete utensils, bathtub.
Bed sheets are fine quality.
Spacious, new, chic, clean, modern.
Amazing breakfast serving ala carte. We ordered breakfast steak aside from the buffet.
The hotel is better than other top brand hotels considering the service, room and room rate.
Our family booked 3 rooms and we shall stay here next time.
Our toddlers and kids enjoyed it too.
It's near to good restaurants, shopping area are easily reached with free shuttle. Like Bhan Than market.
Infront there is GS25 Korean Convenient store.

It’s difficult to know where to start as everything was so perfect. We were upgraded to a premier suite on check in and this was the start of a wonderful stay. All the staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely impressed that Janet the general manager took the time to chat to us at breakfast time most mornings and gave us the benefit of her local knowledge. We stayed here for 8 nights and would certainly stay here again if visiting Saigon. The hotel is very close to most attractions and there is the added benefit of an hourly shuttle which can drop you at most local attractions. The chef strived to produce different dishes for breakfast every day and the juices choice was always changing and never boring as the kitchen used all the many fruits available in Vietnam and it was good to try them all. The all day menu had a mix of Vietnamese and western dishes and the quality of the room service was the best we have experienced ever. We made the comment during our stay that the bathroom was as big as our bedroom back home and the storage in the suite passed all our expectations and some. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was the added advantage of a separate washer and dryer. It would be ideal for a longer term stay.

Highly recommend the Sherwood suites for the business or leisure traveller. Top location and walking distance to major attractions and business district. The rooms modern, stylish and clever equipped, quality bedding and very spacy bathroom with tub and shower. The food is outstanding, breakfast plus à la carte order and all you need for a good start into the day. The extra long pool is a valuable add on to your exercise in the gym, the used ozone generator in the pool makes you enjoy a chlorine free swimming. The staff is very professional and always kind, helpful and patient with endless questions. Not to forget the hourly free shuttle bus, that helps you reach tourists points. The special touch of the German Lady manager is visible all over the Sherwood facilities. Will come back soon.

Sherwood Suites is the best hotel for us, hands down. The rooms are large and we got a kitchen (that we barely used) with a full refrigerator (which we used frequently) and most importantly, a full washer and dryer in our suite. When you are traveling Vietnam and not used to the weather, you will sweat so much you will want to shower frequently and change frequently. We took full advantage of the washer and dryer because of this. Floor to ceiling windows were perfect for enjoying the view outside (and blackout curtains for sleeping yay). The full wall shoe cabinet (omg love it) The glass partition between the toilet and the rest of the master bath...ingenious! I can go and on...
They also make awesome cafe sua da (although expensive compared to those outside the hotel, it was still super delicious).
The facilities themselves are amazing. A semi-indoor pool to protect you from the elements was an our favorite, but we also took advantage of their full gym, dry sauna and steam sauna. They have a Jacuzzi but we didn't get a chance to check it out.
The staff... What wonderful people! Our doorman was always all smiles and would be waiting to open the door (sometimes the grab) for us whether we were leaving for the day or coming back. The bell service was nice enough to hold onto a couple luggages for us while we traveled north (we came back to stay with them for another couple days at the end of our trip). The front desk was very helpful with helping us book spa reservations (ask for golden lotus.. thank me later) as well as restaurant reservations as well as helping us exchange money. It's supposed to be for emergency only but so convenient and such a great service for hotel guests. The cleaning crew was always thorough and even cleaned around us one day (thank you!)
Overall, this was honestly our home away from home. W we traveled and went to other hotels/resorts but our entire group (of 4) unanimously was happiest coming home to Sherwood Suites. We will be staying with them on our next trip to Saigon.

The stay was great, staff is very helpful. Airport is 15mins away. This property is close to grocery store. So whatever you might need ( snacks / water/ diapers) very easy to get. All the big malls are ver close by. You can walk down or call Grab. By the way grab service is very good in the city.
The rooms are well equipped with pots and pans for cooking, fridge to store your groceries. Washing machine and dryer for laundry.
Bathrooms were very neat and clean. They changed our towels every day.
I was little disappointed with room service because when i asked for salt in the room they said they cannot provided salt, it is against there policy. They mentioned that i have to purchase from outside. For 4 days stay I really didn’t want to buy salt. And I needed salt for my kids food. However sent salt later to room.
In- room dining food was not great. It looked great but not taste great. I have posted few pics from our in room order.
Breakfast spread was decent. Food options included local and continental dishes.
Overall I would recommend, if you are with kids ...It is great hotel ! Don’t regret it at all!

If you are staying in Saigon for a bunch of days this is an excellent choice. Can’t imagine a nicer, more attentive staff. The room amenities are comprehensive. Stove, over, microwave, washer/dryer, you name it, they have provided it! The location is about 10-25 minute walk from the majority of local attractions, museums and the like. Although it is located in District 3, we found it to be quite quiet certainly more so than the hotels in District 1 where most of the backpackers set stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and got a very worm welcome for the staff. Our rooms were very clean. Staff is good, helpful and very warm. Had games room ,Pool , gym and all amenities are available to make your stay memorable. Location: The hotel is near the main attractions and supermarket. You have an option of a shuttle bus to take you around key location in the city. Food is just amazing, thank you to all the chef and staff. You have an option of in room dinning or cooking for yourself. Refined breakfast with new dishes proposed everyday together with an ala carte option . We love the place and will be back there if we travel back to Ho Chi Minh city, but will definitely request for the top floor apartment.

There is a wide variety of western and Asian dishes buffet style and you may also order a la carte such as eggs benedict or pancakes. At their buffet, these were my highlights; yoghurt, coffee and pho. One of the nicest hotel breakfast in Vietnam.
Check in is usually at 2pm, breakfast is at 6am and yes the hotel does hold your luggage for your , before and after check in.
