The restaurant was located on the 7th floor, the breakfast food choices were decent, and there was an omelet station. The front desk staff were pretty good though. The location of the hotel was good, as it was close to Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Thanh Street Food Market.
After taking in what I experienced, I rounded up the rating to a 3 out or 5. The other hotel I booked after my group tour ended was much better, check out my review!

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, with dust and hair still visible in the corners and on surfaces. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was not only small but clearly hadn’t been maintained; the water looked and in fact was murky and uninviting.
Although the hotel advertised gym facilities, none of the equipment was functioning, making it unusable. The breakfast provided was extremely basic, with limited options and lacking the fresh, quality ingredients one might expect in a place like Vietnam.
Overall, the hotel and facilities certainly didn’t meet the standards we expected and were promised, and we would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and functional start to their Vietnam experience.
