Even when we stayed out till 4 they let us in
Thanks for an amazing stay I hope every body else loves it as much as we did.
Price is cheap, rooms are clean, it’s quiet, air cond, service is good they speak English and they are helpful
Its deep at the end of a very quiet alley, so you'll need to hunt around for it. However the alley opens up on a very happening and bustling street filled with shops, restaurants and nightlife. Short walk to the Ben Thanh district and very convenient.
Service
The staff are absolutely horrendous. The hotel had an overbooking problem and assigned us another room with no apology. When we first arrived, the toilet was already wet and grubby, there was no toilet paper and we found a PUBIC hair left behind next to the toothbrushes. When we alerted the hosts, they were nonchalant and laughed it off, making jokes instead. Totally unacceptable!
Decor
The rooms are clean, basic and comfortable. However the toilets are awfully grubby. Wifi is also weak in the rooms
Overall only worth it for the location but don't expect much else from them!
The hotel itself is tidy, and quiet with good a/c, soap and toothbrushes in the bathrooms, and clean towels and sheets. The guys who run it are friendly and attentive and seem quite understanding if you have to wake them up to arrive late or leave early.
I'd definitely stay there again.
The hotel is run by a family who care for their hotel and the well-being of their guests. The lady was really very helpful and gave me great hints on how to get on to Tra Vinh cheaply by public transport. She even called a bus company for me!
Would stay here again without hesitating!
"Second floor, front room has a balcony that overlooks the street, it might be quieter higher up because you can still hear the vendors driving by with their speakers cranked."Read full review
"We had a top floor room with a window + AC - the internet was a bit dodgy up here - but you could use it downstairs."Read full review
