This hotel was the last stop on our intrepid tour. The check in was a nightmare as they separated us from our 3 children. They couldn't understand why the parents would want a room near their 3 young children. There were empty rooms right next to us so there was no excuse, they simply didn't want to help us. It...

Stayed here as part of a tour group. The group uses local three star hotels to keep costs low and to support local owners, so we had stayed in a number of three star hotels throughout Vietnam. This hotel was by far the worst. They have a number of awards on the reception wall, stating they are in the top...

Apart from the fact that we were required to have a marriage certificate (because my girlfriend is from Vietnam). It is a good place to stay, as the rooms are clean and spacious and a walking distance away from many touristy attractions. The staff is friendly, as one of the security guards by the entrance organized a scooter for rent...

This hotel is ok. The staff were a bit grumpy by the pool and everytime you wanted to use the pool you needed to get a ticket from reception (apparently to stop non-hotel people using the pool) which was a hassle.

The rooms are decorated in old- fashioned Asian kitsch style, which we loved. Rooms are spacious and clean with good aircon, although mixed results with the wifi ( we stayed in two rooms: in one room the wifi was good; in the other it was non existent). Our rooms on the 2nd floor were fairly quiet, although I did get...

We stayed here for the last two nights of our family Intrepid tour and from the moment we stepped into the hotel we could smell cigarette smoke and the whole hotel is lackluster to say the very least. The hotel is very tired and run down and although it says it's 3 stars I'd highly recommend it be given only...

This hotel was reasonable for a mid range hotel. Located in close proximity to the War Museum. We stayed as a family of 4 so needed to have 2 rooms. The twin rooms were large and spacious however the double rooms were on the smaller side. Decor throughout the hotel was dated. Beds were hard (but this has been a...

This was our Intrepid family trip hotel stay. Clean, basic and a bit tired. Breakfast is extensive so the kids didn't struggle to find anything to eat. 10 min walk to some good restaurants and street food market which is recommended.

The hotel made an overbooking and i had to change my room on second day. They don't know how to manage their booking! The staff is absolutly not pro and not nice and the resident of the hotel have to pay for the swimming pool ( i never see that before!). And finally, a nice spider welcomes me in the bathtub......

I visit Saigon once a year and as usual, I chose Victory Hotel for my stay in Saigon. However, this stay turned out to be a completely unpleasant experience. The shower was extremely weak. There were no bath robes coming along with the room. Additionally, when I went down and asked for a robe, the male receptionist was unacceptably skeptical(?)....
