Hotel is in the backpacker area but is very quiet. Hotel does not have an elevator. Our room was on the fifth floor, 82 steps up. Room small but clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast is very very basic. Not one of the best breakfasts we have had. Lots of restaurants in the area.

In the middle of Saigon, and in the middle of the backpacker area, also very close to D. Bui Vien, that is rather special in the evening. Nice place with breakfast restaurant in the basement. Wifi is working but is best in the reception. Plenty of restaurants around.

Nasty not clean, not helpfull staff, very very bad. Breakfast was very poor, room smelly and the manager was very unpolite and not nice with client. The worst hotel in vietnam ever. i do not recomend poeple to go there. We spent 1night there and because it was very cheap we decided to book again in advance. Unfortunately the nigjt...

Very helpful staff, great room, good breakfast. Reception staff couldn't have done more; they advised on travel arrangements, tours, taxis and shopping needs. The hotel room was spacious and well prepared, facilities comfortable/clean. Location ideal- in the middle of Pham Guc Lao and food area.

We have stayed in plenty of cheapish accommodation throughout Vietnam which I felt provided for us much better. Pros: they recommended tours and booked them for us. Did an airport pickup up (not too cheap though). Booked bus tickets. Includes decent breakfast. Cons: You have to remove your shoes, but the stairs were dirty. We found a cockroach on our...

Stayed 02 nights in late December..Initially we got 4th floor room...no elevators.. staff helped us to carry baggages there..Then we requested another room in lower floor...they were kind enough to arrange a room in 2nd floor when it vacant and they carried our baggages there too. Had a nice time at Cu Chi Tunnel with the tour operator they recommended...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Based in a little alley ( the calmest alley in hcmc!) off the main - excellent location for the backpacker area. Our room was on the 4th floor (no lift, but that didnt bother us) and was to a good clean standard. Very comfortable beds in a decent sized room. Breakfast is a little on...

We are backpacking (well technically were are wheeling our packs on nifty little wheels but anyway. . .) we booked this for our 3 day exploration of HCMC. It's in the 'backpackers area' but it's off down a side street so you can't hear the bars, people etc. We were originally given a room on the 5th floor but we...

Initially booked 2 nights here as its slightly above our usual budget, but we ended up staying for five nights because the location was great and the staff were very helpful. They were able to help us book tours (including 10% discount), provided a laundry service and advised us on bus services for moving on. The rooms were very clean...

Location is good when you're into the touristic stuff and nightlife. Spot the local plastic chairs for cheap beer. The guesthouse is close to a few main attractions of the city (notre dame, war museum). The room... Well, not clean and no windows but fine when you're okay with back to basic. We had a long trip, so this was...
