After i arrive in Ha Noi i look for the place that where i can have a good sleep from long travel and i decided to stay in this Hostel. After i arrive the Staff is not so accomodating. The place and cheap also have freebreakfast and beer but the Room was not that good, specially the bed where i sleep. I was surprise that the other Guest left an underwear on top of my bed and i think the bed sheet was not replace due to bad smell. I think that if they will sell their room even its too cheap they have also to check the quality. I dont want to say that i will not recommend this but for myself i will not comeback there anymore and i will preffer to look for other. Also please provide a lock for the Cabinet for the safe of the bags of the Guest.

AVOID this hostel. The receptionist guy with glasses is incredible rude. He didn't care at all to the guests. There are better options available around this area. After reading others experience, I'm thankful didn't book tour from this hostel.

The staff were rude to us and they tried to trick us. Actually, we pay them a trip to SA PA with everything included and a bus to halong bay next morning, and we ended up having to pay a night in SAPA in another hostel, two buses extra and the breakfast and dinner that they were supposed to give us. You can go to other hostels with much better staff and cleaner.
