We only stayed in this hotel for one night but it was very comfortable. We were unable to take advantage of the Spa facilities due to lack of time. The manager of the hotel spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful in arranging a private car to take us to Hai Phong and negotiated with the driver to get us...

Checked in after a trip from halong bay. Nice staff and very large and clean room. Did not have any of the food as we checked out first thing in the morning. The hotel is located in the old quarter on the same street as the night market and while it was not going on the night we stayed, you...

It's in the "tube" shape like most of the buildings in the city, so I assumed that there wouldn't be enough space. The first room we were in (jr suite) was definitely cozy. However, we upgraded to the room with...

There are 2 hotels in the group both close together in the old quarter, The Oriental Suites and Spa plus the Oriental Central Hotel both of which are 2017 Traveller choice winners. We stayed 3 nights in the Central before going to Halong Bay and then 1 night in the Suites and Spa when we returned. Of the two the...

This is a surprisingly nice hotel, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We were received by Daniel who gave us a welcome drink, an explanation of the city and some general pointers. Breakfast was excellent with many western and local choices. The room is very clean and has every amenity available. Internet is excellent. We were truly impressed...

This was the second stay for me. The hotel provides fairly good room, service, breakfast, etc. Location of the hotel is also nice for a walk, shopping, and dine out. I guarantee the stay at Oriental Suite & Spa will be an essential piece of your journey in Hanoi.
