Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and quiet room, delicious breakfasts with vegetarian friendly options and an easy walk to all the main sights. Staff were great with giving us advice, helping us with taxis and getting to the train station etc.

Booked the honeymoon suite $50 Aus per night as it was our 27th wedding anniversary, and we're given an early check in and a lovely celebratory cake. 2 bedrooms, ensuite with washing machine and kitchenette. Couldn't ask for more.

We stayed there one night. We arrived late after flying from Luang Prabang. Booked a superior room and had a deluxe room. The room was very good, clean, all you need. Just the sheets could have been cleaner. Buffet breakfast perfect and delicious!

I stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Lily (really nice person) helped to arrange our halong bay trip complete with the bus picking us up from the hotel and dropping us back. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were in halong bay. We were travelling to sapa on the night train on the...

Lily/Jan/Tiffany organised trips for us before we arrived, picked us up at the airport and when we left organised for is to be seen right into the train carriage. Rooms clean and comfortable. Efficient laundry service and excellent breakfasts. We also organised a very good...

It is definitely the staff who make this a great place to stay. They are accommodating and friendly and love to have a laugh with the guests. The location is also a great choice, being just outside the old quarter, you're not bombarded on leaving the hotel. It's got great Bun Cha just up the road, lattes at a coffee...

We are 4 friends who stayed in the suite for 5 days. The rooms were clean, beds really comfortable, breakfast good and as the location is on the edge of the old quarter, it is peaceful. The best part, however, was the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay very special. I would...

This was my first stop in Vietnam. The hotel was clean and in a good position on the outskirts of the old quarter, close enough to walk everywhere without being in the hustle bustle of the pubs and bars. What really made our stay very enjoyable was the reception staff, particularly the young ladies on the front desk. They were...
