We have now used this hotel three times on our journeys north and south from Hanoi. The rooms are extreemly clean with all modern conveniences. Ask for a room at the back, there are only two rooms per floor, as the front ones face onto a busy street. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they will store any excess...

I went to halong bay though had paid extra for deluxe package and it seemed the same as everyone else!! situated in old part of hanoi near ho kiem lake and shops and markets. rooms at front of hotel are noisy in the...

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend who'd stayed there for business. We felt we'd have preferred to stay in the French Quarter or nearer the lake rather than in the Old Quarter. It's an interesting area but not as easy to find good, clean places to eat nearby. Cha ca la Vong not far away, but not...

We stayed one night at the Prince II in Bat Su street before our Halong Bay trip and one night after our Halong Bay trip. I booked the hotel a couple of days before online with Vietnam Hotels with no problems, but opted not to give credit card details and my reservation was still honoured. We paid $40US for a...

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the Prince Hanoi in Bat Su Street Hanoi and would recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked it ourselves over the net and could not have been more pleased with the location, quality or price. We had booked an airport pick up from another company and was taken to the Prince...

My family stayed in the Prince Hotel on Bat Su street in Hanoi. We stayed there for 5 days. They have an excellent service by picking you up at the airport which I highly reccoemnd for everyone. The cost was about 20 US dollars which was very easy after a long flight. The airport is 45 minutes to an hour...

The Hotel is quite new (6months) and clean, basically their are very helpful and friendly. Free Internet access at 1st floor. Not much choice for breakfast. However, one incident that when we book through email with Hotel confirm and insisted for Starstreet Hotel but end up the driver sent us to Hotel Prince which is also located in Old quarter,...

Ok, so thought we were being smart by getting the hotel to pick us up from the airport - didn't want to fall victim to that scam where taxi drivers take you to another hotel by the same name. We were dropped at the Prince I, which we were told was the main reception (our hotel was just down the...

I stayed in this hotel for 14 days. I had room on fourth floor with small balcony. The room was clean, new and very roomy. The price was $52.00. I was very happy. Breakfast in the morning was basic but made fresh. The staff were very nice and always very polite. I recommend rooms in upper floors because it is...

I booked this hotel via email and I must say that this hotel sounded professional from word go. I asked them to come and collect me from the airport (i advise you to do the same throughout Vietnam as there are a lot of scams going on) which they did for US$12 ($10 with a normal taxi). I booked a...
