The place is good for long term staying. The front office staff are amazing. Rooms are nice, clean and tidy.Room rate is very reasonable. I have been there several times. I will be there on my next trip as well.

shocking experience in this hotel! where do i start, upon arrival they didn't have any record of our booking and didn't make us feel welcome at all. the negatives are too much to write but here is a small summary: - hotel being renovated on the second floor where our room was located. our room clearly wasn't finished, we were...

Let's start with the negatives : we booked that hotel because it was rated as a 3.5 stars but in fact, when you come in, there is a plaque saying that it's a 2 stars. It explains why you need to 'start heating' your water 30-40min BEFORE using it. 30-40min is not that bad, if there would be any hot...

The hotel looks fancy on the outside but the bathroom is quite bad and the tower were old and makes me feel uncomfortable. The room is okay and the bed is really good to take a rest after a long tired day. My room were in 5th floor with a big window so I can feel the fresh air though...

This stay started off with them giving us a room with one king and a cot when we booked a room with two king beds. They knew their mistake but did not say anything till I did. They told us to give a few minutes because they wanted to turn the AC on to make the room cool. When I...

Our room actually faced a wall on the 5th floor. This meant it was very quiet and private, even though there was no view it was the perfect place to rest. There was an elevator, the front lobby had an ATM right outside. Very Convenient, safe, and quiet place.

The staff tried hard but just didn't have the knowledge to bring things to fruition. Breakfast was so so. My first room the air con was broken. They did move me. Housekeeping didn't do well at all. They also never came on Sunday. They couldn't get me a cyclo. Just all seemed out of their capabilities even though with a...

Let's first look at the good things during our stay: The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful, the booked transfer from and to the airport was working out without any problems and the location of the hotel is quite good (right on the edge of the Old Quarter with many restaurants, bars and sights nearby). Minibar prices are quite cheap,...

We stayed here one night and feeling good with the hotel's staff and the room. Our room had upgraded to better one without any charges and we were happy for that. We would love to be back here if we come back hanoi.
