Located in the central touristic area of Hanoi, with close access to the lakes and restaurants, bars, shoppings streets. Friendly staff at reception on both shifts speaking good English. Original decoration with vintage motorcycles. Reasonable prices.

Location perfect, antique bikes etc interesting and just our thing which is why we booked and paid in advance. My heart sank when I saw the room and I wanted to cry when I saw the bathroom. Nothing was clean, felt I didn't want to touch anything. Toilet blocked after one use, in fairness they came straight away to sort...

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good shower with good water pressure. Firm mattress with good pillows. Free Wifi excellent. Small bar fridge. Room lighting good. Reasonably good range of breakfast and timing options. Free bottle water with each breakfast. Can use lift or stairs. Worth asking staff for assistance with bookings. All spoke good English. Arranged (Uber equivalent) cheap,...

We went there in november-december 2016. The hotel is just in the middle of the old city, the breakfast is good and generous, the staff are very kind, the room are very clean. This hotel is like a museum. Full of Vietnamise objects which give a good ambiance to the place. They come to pick you up at the airport....

Room was comfortable and clean, not too small either. Each room has its own router, which makes Wifi-access super. Garden on top fantastic, a bit rustic, informal, great view, quiet and tranquil. Staff very service minded and nice, although not all of them spoke great English (not a big problem, they all know enough to make communication work). Breakfast simple,...

I requested the VIP room which was not much different then the other rooms except it is on the top floor next to the garden and facing away from the street, so definitely worth asking for if available. Good shower and big beds too. Very very quiet, asside from the occasional rooster crow in the garden. The hosts are wonderful...

A small hotel in the busy Old Quarter district of Hanoi. When we first got there we were concerned that we would hear the noise from the street in our room. We were fine. We booked a VIP room on the 7th floor and so not sure if this helped. Thuy, the receptionist was fantastic. So helpful and thoughtful suggesting...

spent two nights at this lovely hotel in the old quarter. Really charming hotel with powerful air-conditioners and clean sheets. Staff are very friendly, helped us navigate around the city and rent motorbikes. The breakfast was amazing!

This was my second stay at the Queen. First off, its in a great location in the bustling old quarter. The staff is helpful and happy to see you get want what you're looking for. Our room on floor 7 was beautiful. It was really very well decorated and appointed. AC worked great, a small balcony let us get a...

This is a great place in the heart of the old quarter. The property is quite traditional in terms of its layout and decor - a long, narrow entrance courtyard with lots of antiques and quirky features - an amazing collection of antique bikes. Our room on the 7th floor was large and clean. The bed was enormous. The bathroom...
