This hotel is located in center of Hanoi Old Quarter. It is super nice boutique hotel with very clean room, supper nice staffs. I strongly recommended for anyone who have the trip to Hanoi. I stayed 1 night and check out to go Ninh Binh and stayed 1 night at Ninh Binh. I came back to Hanoi the next day at 1pm, however my flight to HCM at 10pm, So I called La siesta Hotel & Sapa to keep my luggages, They agreed. So wonderful 😍😍😍

Due to COVID, everything is quiet at this bustling area, Pho Co. However, hotel still maintain the warm service of Hanoi Capital with the smile on their eyes. I hope that we could get back with the new normal and still the best hotel in town. Thank you and see u soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in the old quarter of the city. Conveniently located. We booked a junior suite which had its own balcony. Good amenities. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Very comfortable and elegant Vietnamese interiors. I had a restful sleep. We also booked a relaxing spa ritual. Breakfast buffet is extensive and satisfying, The staff are so warm, helpful, and accommodating. They are genuinely caring. They really went out of their way to meet our needs. After check out, they lent us a room to freshen up in before our 1 am flight. I was touched when they gave us complimentary refreshments to take to the airport. Wonderful. I couldn't ask for better service. I would go back there again.

Hi! I booked direct with the hotel and I paid through the link they had sent and it was fine. However, they did not ask me to scan my credit card. Everything was done properly.

Yes the room had refrigerators and a mini bar. Water is free but not soft drinks but they are pretty reasonably priced in the mini bar. Expensive in the restaurant

We traveled with a girl who was gluten free and they were very accommodating as most things are based on rice noodles or rice flour. I am sure there would be a lot of vegetarian options
