Great location with very well kept facilities and rooms. The biggest strength was the staff. The girls at the front desk were so helpful. They booked our halong and sapa tours and bella even came to a local tailor to help us get suits made.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with fresh fruit, cereal, little cakes in addition to the a la carte hot menu. We originally chose this hotel because it had a... More
