Very disappointed in this hotel which I would call more of a hostel. The staff repeatedly tried to enter our room unannounced (I mean the reception staff, not cleaners). Felt very unsafe. They assumed we weren't in the room on several occasions and tried to enter our room using their key at 11pm!! much to their suprise to find us...

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who didn't speak English but he brought us a heater and chairs and showed us a google translate, that the manager will be here in a few minutes. A very good first impression. The "manager" came and seemed nice as well, asked were we're from and had a little small talk...

We just stayed here for one night which was good, I don't think I'd really want to stay here a long time as the rooms aren't huge and are a bit damp. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they offered to carry our bags for us. Location is really good and the included breakfast was nice - eggs, toast and...

Situated in the center of Hanoi, therefore you can enjoy easy access to most of the city's tourist attractions, such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Municipal Opera House, St.Joseph Church and so on. Also there are many restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir shops nearby.

i am giving his hotel 4 stars despite the fact that it might be a little bit grotty for some. There was the odd loose tile and a cockroach here and there, but the room was spotless. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast superb. This hotel is right at the northern end of Lake Hoa Kiem amidst all its...

Let me put this into perspective for you: we received incredible service our two nights and then finally the day we checked out we left our bags with the boys for the day as we had a train to catch that evening. Upon arriving back to grab our bags we sat for a few minutes to relax and they rushed...
